It’s been 5 days of me trying to get a refill simply transferred to a different pharmacy. No response. No anything. So, here I am on trustpilot. The only place they really care about theirs patients. Avoid this company.

My experience was alright. The staff were understanding of my situation and accommodating. The only issue is that they haven't billed my insurance yet and it has been almost a month now. So I'm worried it might be a hassle to get my reimbursement from what I had to pay out of pocket directly to them before they would talk with me.

So far I have had a great experience with Done. The appointment scheduling was easy and I received many helpful reminders via email and text. At the scheduled time the telemed appointment began. The connection was good and the interaction with the provider was comfortable and professional. The prescription went through without a hitch (CVS pharmacy) and I picked up my prescription the next day. I have not yet requested a refill but so far the service has been great and I would recommend Done. April Update: Requested my first refill last week. Prescription was at the pharmacy within 3 hours. Picked it up next day! Couldn't ask for better service.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Wish I could rate zero stars. I’m at my wits end with this scam of a moneypit. Absolutely, positively infuriating. It is nearly impossible to get your refills in a timely manner. Their website says “refills may take up to three days”, but I have been waiting two weeks!!! Their help line is constantly busy, but they sure stay on top of reviews on this website… Complete joke of a company. I’m fairly certain they’re paying bots to write good reviews, because so many others are having the same issues as me. A scam. Do yourself a favor and use literally any other service.

I have my prescription on auto pay and use alto as the pharmacy. Have been for about 5 months and it’s going really well, no issues filling prescriptions so far.

Originally gave a 5 star review. Now I’m generously giving 3 stars and will probably lower it soon we’ll see. The last two times I have ordered refills they didn’t go through, leaving me without meds for the first time in a decade since regularly taking my meds (as an adult anyway). Really starting to regret signing up for this service. I received all my meds on time and for free from the VA previously. Switched because it’s annoying dealing with the VA in any capacity and figured the subscription would be worth getting around that annoyance. Not worth having to go without meds for several days every time I need a refill though. The first time it happened they just apologized and my provider said it wasn’t her fault- that she sent the refill as soon as I requested it and she came to find out a lot of her patients didn’t get their refills too. That was a month ago. Now this past week it looks like it’s happening again but idk because neither the provider nor the support/help/whatever desk are replying to my messages really other than saying “message received” basically. Extremely frustrating and disappointing because it seemed like this was a great service at first but the cracks are definitely starting to show. If I run out of meds again before getting my refill (again for the 2nd time in a row), which will happen if they don’t get this sorted today or tomorrow, I’ll edit the review and be going back to the VA for my medications. This is pretty unacceptable. Update: previous review updated as well. Long story short: they didn’t really explain what was the problem this time, just told me to schedule a follow up which doesn’t make sense because I already have one, and told me they can expedite a refill to me in the mail but can’t send it to my pharmacy like usual, again without explanation or apology or compensation for what will now be the 2nd week in 2 months I am not getting a service I paid for and need in order to maintain my performance at work and quality of life. I have been very patient but am quickly becoming an unsatisfied customer.

Sad Sad Sad, I genuinely wish I was in a different situation and didn't have to post this but I feel like I was just used for my money and the falsity of care was nothing more than that. Initially the consultation and video call went great. I felt heard and understood and actually got my prescription within a week. It hurts the most because I feel like it was working. I was more attentive, focused, sharp, productive and honestly happy. As soon as my next script was due i messaged my provider to send the script to my pharmacy. days went by, so i messaged support as well. She finally got back to me saying everything had worked out and I would be receiving my script, that was not the case. I received a message from support telling me that it could not be filled and i would have to default to a third party prescription service from lubbock that would send me the prescription. I don't have insurance and rely on GOODRX to cut pharmacy costs, so that was not an option. I voiced that to support with no response. 5 more days pass no response. I then decide to message my provider and support again asking about updates and other options. I am met again with no response for 2 days. As of 20 min ago I deleted my account. I would rather not be medicated then be used for my money and ignored by the company that vocalizes how much they care. I would say its the easiest way to burn 300 bucks. UPDATE: 3/28/2022 Since cancelling my account and writing this review I have received email, text and a response from support it seems all independently about reactivating account and trying to send me the prescription. I was told there were issues with the physician your care provider works with but when I asked for more information on what the issues were and how they could be prevented as even if my problem was fixed this month I have almost no confidence it wouldn’t happen next month, I was then met with no response. It seems DONE responds faster to negative reviews then to customers via support. I was notified they would try today, I haven’t received a call from my pharmacy so I assume maybe within the next few days. Since I was finally contacted I am raising my 1 star to 2 and will adjust if I do or don’t receive the prescription. I will keep this updated for further events. UPDATE: 3/29/2022 Received an email at 11am about continues issues getting my prescription approved by the physician, but turns out it was already pushed through at 1:12pm my script was ready for pickup and it was the correct amount and dosage. At around 4pm received another text that it was pushed through not sure about the delays in messaging. Going from 2 stars to 3 since everything came through. Asked about what specific issues were happening with the physician but never got a direct answer. I am weary that this will happen next month will continue posting updates.
