Done provided me an easy and effective way to manage my ADHD. I had never liked going to the doctor. I am very happy I came across Done. Will recommend to anyone struggling to take that first step.

Don’t waste your time
I scheduled my initial consultation on 4/4. Somehow the earliest appointment I could get was more than 4 weeks out. Last week I got messages saying that my provider was off boarded and my appointment had to be rescheduled. They pushed out the appointment another 4 weeks. I asked if we could move it up but was told it was the earliest possible appointment. Hard enough to take action on mental health. Two months for a consult is unreasonable.

Took my money and ran, it seems...
I had my first visit last week. The provider seemed to be put out by having to deal with me. She just wanted textbook questions answered and then said she would prescribe me concerta. I've never taken concerta before. I have only ever had Adderall. I was a little nervous to try something different but figured I would give it a shot. I was told it could take up to 48 hours for my prescription to be called in. It has been over a week. Still no prescription. I've requested consultations to discuss this matter. I received a generic response. I emailed the support team. Again, generic response. I paid $200 for this?! Are you kidding me?!

Something is very wrong here.
4/4 UPDATE: I finally got a ready for pickup message from my pharmacy. But, no explanation from Done. A message in the portal from a random person from the care team came hours later. I appreciate it being filled. But if my provider is no longer available, offering my records and letting me know would have been sufficient and I would have had no qualms with that. People just want honesty and to know if and when things can be fixed. I am leaving my current rating for until next month. If things go back to normal or the company fesses up to a logistics problem or clinician shortage and starts communicating, I will move up my rating.
4/3 UPDATE: there is still no response from the company outside of the generic response they leave here. They also won't respond to the pharmacy or my physicians office. Medicals records requests have not been fulfilled. I would like a response.
I started with Done in October 2021. First few months went smoothly and I am forever grateful that I had access to telemedicine during the pandemic and the psychiatric provider shortage in my state.
However, my script stopped being filled on time.
I am on automatic renewal. My last filled script was 3/24. My current month should have been available to pick up on 4/25. My request for refill has been pending for 11 days.
I submitted an online form and got a generic message back 8 days ago. Nothing resolved. Emailed support, no response. So I called the urgent help line. It says “sorry, try again later” so I thought there must be another number I can call. I asked the pharmacist for the number they would call, hoping the pharmacy line could connect me to a real person. Only once did I get an answer on the pharmacy line. She said she was marking urgent and requesting a call back to me. She also transferred me to the customer service line. It still said try again later.
I never got a call back and all numbers just say try again later. I am now 7 days without meds, 11 days request pending. If I try to go to another provider, like my Physician, Done will cancel me. I am left out in the cold with no meds, DESPITE Done taking a fee for their service from my account on April 14.
What do you expect all of us to do? I’m still waiting for my medication records from Done, I submitted a HIPPA form to get them.
I recommended this service to so many people at the beginning but I cannot recommend it anymore. If you scaled too fast, be honest. If the provider in my state is no longer available, be honest. Tell us what we are supposed to do now? It seems hundreds of people lost access to meds this month and we need answers.
Done, please reach out and tell us what is going on.

The first visit and prescription…
The first visit and prescription process was easy. However, I had to transfer my prescription due to relocation and that’s when things started to get difficult. The new pharmacy was out of stock for three weeks so I requested changing again. Although my profile shows the new pharmacy, when I called the pharmacy they had no record of me. Done was slow to reply to emails so I thought I’d call their 24 hour phone line. I waited on hold for almost 10 minutes to finally get to an automated message to say try again later!?! Why have me wait on hold if the 24 hour support is closed. I wish they’d be truthful in the description of the support they show to be available and prioritize needs of customers who are having issues getting their medication.

I've been with this company for a year…
I've been with this company for a year now. It initially started off horrible because the clinician didn't show up the 1st day. I had gotten off from work early just to log onto the Done portal just for her not to show. Needless to say I rescheduled. I got my medication in a timely manner until Christmas of 2021 the company took a holiday break which led my Dec medication not getting filled until Jan- meaning they charged my credit card the monthly fee for Dec, but I didn't get any service in Dec, therefore I should not have been charged. I just told myself I'm not going to allow this to happen again without requesting a refund due to non service. Well, it happened again I didn't get service in April 2022, but they made sure they charged my card for April. I need a refund for no service in April. Yes, I've already sent emails in regard ,so no need to reply talking about I need to send an email. The only reply from Done I will benefit from is saying u have refunded my money to my card.

Started off great last year and the…
Warning to all: Done has tried to Flag this review but I have told nothing but the truth. Consumer beware.
Started off great last year and the medication made me feel like I finally stepped out of a lifetime of fog. The past few months have been awful as my refills are late YET I am still getting charged. I send messages through the portal and via email and get the same automatic response. When I try to select the button to schedule with my provider, it tells me that her schedule is full. This is truly unacceptable and I should not have to pull teeth to make sure that I am getting a service I AM STILL GETTING CHARGED FOR ON TIME.
As of April 30th, I have not received my service so I expect a full refund for the month.
Update: After posting this review, Done reached out to me sunday evening stating that they will offer me a one month payment extension and that they sent my medication to a covering provider and they will let me know when it is ready. So, here we are on Monday evening with no refill or even a status update (this is day 8 since the automatic request was made on the portal).
After googling my Done provider, I found out they started their own platform with Done's business model so... I guess it is safe to say that my provider is gone. By looking at the reviews on here, this delay does not seem like an isolated incident though.
As a healthcare worker myself, I understand that things can go left behind the scenes. So I have mostly tried to stay level-headed. But, continually delaying medication is dangerous , particularly for those whose symptoms impair ability to drive safely, or even function at work. I am very disappointed in this company.
Update: On 05/2/22 approximately 10:30pm, my medication was sent to pharmacy. On 5/3/22 I could pick it up.
Update of June 4th,2022: Well, there is another delay in my script refill this month. Even though the automatic refill button on the portal put in the request six days ago. As requested on May 25th, I updated my pharmacy on their google form page, and even then I had to give them the information twice after that. Done responds to my emails within 48 hrs usually but it’s the standard automatic response of this being sent to a covering provider. I am looking into transferring my script to a local provider who is taking new patients now. Done was a blessing for a while, but now it is too inconsistent and unorganized for me.
Update: Day 6 of no refill and I canceled my membership and was able to switch to a local psychiatrist. They were appalled that I had been off medication for 6 days and said this is not something you want to stop abruptly. I suggest that others look into psychologytoday to find another provider. This is dangerous.

Unacceptable wait time for refill, 2 months
I started using done in February of 2021, it is now April of 2022. Prescriptions for medicine to work as needed is filled for 30 days, to stick with this I signed up for auto renewals, I’ve never had my medicine filled and renewed 30 days later, it’s ALWAYS Been 34 or more days, typically in the 40+ days. But being that I tried to skip doses on the weekends, I didn’t want to make waves over it.
However, my most recent experience was infuriating. My last medicine refill was in March 11th, on April 18th I was told I needed to schedule an actual appointment with my doctor to continue getting my refills, ok fine. Schedule an appointment… next appointment available: June 19th…. What? You mean to tell me my medicine that’s due for refill on April 11th, not only is that not getting refilled after I’ve already been charged for the month of April, but I’m also going to have to miss all of May and over half of June before I can get an appointment just to get back on my medicine after not taking it for over 2 months? Give me a break, I switched providers and now I’m trying to get a copy of my medical records…. It’s like pulling teeth with these people.
