I am going on my 3rd month with Done & I am very much grateful for the help from my Clinician. I have had no issues with prescriptions, I have been able to get appts & feedback as needed & on a timely manner. I am grateful for the ease & convenience of seeing my Clinician from home.

Use at Your Own Peril
This company seems disorganized, is very lacking in proper communication, and is terribly overpriced for the poor level of service they provide. I was a "member" for 6 days and that experience was dreadful enough for me to cancel and immediately write this review. Reading through the comments here, it seems I may have dodged a bullet.

I received a notification this morning informing me that my prescription has been sent to the pharmacy so I drove to the pharmacy to pick it up, and of course, it was never sent it. Nobody picks up when calling the urgent line, and when messaging them, expect a 2-3 day turnaround time. The moment my doctor can see me, I am cancelling this service, it is not more convenient nor is it helpful at all.

Unreachable
Service was fine for the first two months and medicine was sent to the pharmacy in a timely manner. When it came time to refill this month, after waiting the 3 business days stated on Done’s website and then some prescription has still not been sent o the pharmacy to fill. Calls to the urgent care line go unanswered, but reviews here seem to get responses. Disappointing lack of communication, but they were quick to draw this months money from my account.

Lack of communication
Impossible to get an appointment and consistent delays in getting a refill. The initial process was seamless and the provider was helpful and recommended I check back in, but since then I have been unable to reach him or any other provider on the team. The support team responds to inquiries after several days but seldom has a solution, appointments with a provider are unavailable, and consultations must be done with a provider. I paid for a year but am looking into a chargeback as they have left me without a satisfactory resolution on any of my inquiries.

Initially upon being prescribed…
Initially upon being prescribed medication, it took over three weeks for me to be able to pick it up. My provider never sent the prior authorization to my insurance and I ended up having to use GoodRX. Everything was smooth for a few months. I received a dosage increase and the next time I picked up my prescription the dose was incorrect. I tried to start a consultation then was notified my provider was no longer with Done and I had been assigned a new one. Last month they told me they sent my prescription to the pharmacy. I didn’t get notified from the pharmacy so I called to verify. They told me that my provider had been blocked from their network. Done lied and brushed the current implications of the DOJ investigation into their company off as “corporate policy.” I was told to provide three new pharmacies. The support team continuously lied and stated the pharmacies did not answer. This company is so ridiculous and honestly just a stimulant-dependency breeding ground set on extorting overworked and underpaid people.

Great option if it's your ONLY option
The ability to work around my schedule for appointments was what drew me in. It was okay for first few months. When the pharmacies stopped filling done prescriptions, it took weeks for the to actually help me and get my meds.
I'm not even sure if I'm on the right dosage- typically ADHD treatment with meds involves some tweaking with dosage to find the right amount of symptom improvement with minimal side effects. This process is called tritration, and involves a lot of patient logging effects and checking in with their doctor. The Done model does not support this!
The prescribers are 1099's, not actually employees. This presents a problem, if there is a crackdown on ADHD meds being prescribed, these professionals could lose their medical license and there is no protection for them from Done. This makes them hesitant to change your dosage even if requested by the patient. Done insulates the company from liability, but be it also has patients.
Today, though, I had to meet with a new prescriber, and my experience was AWFUL. As soon as this months meds are filled, I'm looking for a behavioral health practice locally.
What went wrong today? Right AFTER the prescribers had asked me if I was experiencing any negative side effects, (which I replied "none at all. But I'm not sure if my dosage is correct as I'm still experiencing a lot of symptoms")
She says, "you can skip your meds on days you don't have to work, they're to be taken as needed. You're not supposed to take it every day." I don't understand as having ADHD effects every aspect of my life, everyday. So I said, "what about days I have to drive?" She responds, "You need @dderall to drive?? I haven't heard of that." Uh, what? Is she even familiar with treating ADHD?
Then at the end she says, you have to have a follow up appointment between September and October. It is your responsibility to remember to schedule, I DO NOT send reminders."
Is this seriously the person I have to go to? I'm not okay.
The implied message I got today:
"I know this is a condition which effects your working memory, so I'm going to need you to ✨simply override✨ that. If your symptoms are severe enough to warrant medication, maybe you can have your anxiety push you to TRY HARDER to remember. Either way, it's not my problem ✌️"
