I just cancelled my membership. They started billing me even before I ever got an appointment with a clinician. Was charged for two months. Eventually got an appointment was diagnosed and never got my prescription. Could not get in touch with anyone. Save yourself some money. This is a scam

Have had no issues for 6 months but I now have radio silence from my provider, my RX refill is today and no word at all. I send them a message in the portal 3-4 days ago and still nothing.

My recent experience with Done kind of echoes a lot of the other reviews on here. I signed up back in early April and had an appointment about two weeks later. That prescription was at the pharmacy, but the other one we'd discussed wasn't. I emailed and tried calling at least twice weekly for a month, only to get autoresponders and no answers. Eventually they answered on the second prescription, but then suddenly there was an issue with the first and with the prescriber I'd been working with. They emailed asking me to fill out a form to change my pharmacy -- which I did immediately, but that never made it into their system. They texted about it again, so I called and spoke to someone (finally) at length about it and was told it would be another week. I wrote in again 10 days later and was charged for a prescription, waiting to see if it actually arrives. I think they're likely struggling from growing pains and as a new company -- not scamming people, but if I were to sum up my experience thus far with them, it's basically like dealing with an ADHD person who isn't on their medicine because they ordered it from Done First. ;-)

If I could do no star I would. Turns out I have not had my prescription in over 2 weeks. No response via email to my provider or the company. I just need to know if I can or can not get my meds. It’s annoying- like I’ll find a new provider but y’all took my money. Probably the worst company I have dealt with.

Done. ADHD is a very incompetent company when it comes to patient care. I received a telehealth appointment and was prescribed medication. I paid the initial consult fee. Now, it has been over a month and I have yet to receive my much needed prescription. The medication prescribed in not available in my area. Done refuses to solve the problem, return emails, answer calls, or refund my money. If Done is unable to solve a very simple problem, at least, refund my money. I paid for a medical service without receiving medical care. Be careful before you use these medical doctors and this company, they are unable to provide adequate patient care.

First three months were great. I am now running into the same problem as everyone else - physician said she sent my med refill to the pharmacy a week ago. The pharmacy says they have no received anything. I am debating canceling this. They are very inconsistent.

I have been trying to get my medication filled for over a week now with no success. I have been on hold with them for 30 minutes as of now and my 3 emails have gone without a response. It seems they are responding to people on here so I really hope this helps me get my situation resolved. EDIT - I'm currently getting help with my situation and have updated my review to 2 stars since I was able to get help with this issue. If this gets straightened out I will happily update my rating to 5 stars!

I’ve been been unable to fill my prescription for almost two months. First because of the relationship between CVS and Done. I was willing to let that go. I updated my pharmacy but haven’t been able to get my prescription sent there for weeks. I tried every support channel. I’ve said that I’m going to cancel. I’m at the point where I want to chargeback due to lack of service.
