Initially my review was going to be lower, and I’m glad I waited. I understand that you are a newer company and there will be trouble occasionally. Let me start by saying Love my provider. She is a godsend and such a kind understanding person. I never have trouble getting an appointment with her l, and the only time I have an issue, the DONE team got me an appointment the next day. I had never had issues getting medications until about a month ago, I’m not blaming the people, I’m blaming the online portal. I think you send messages and they just get lost. Once I got ahold of an actual person my problems were solved within 24 hours. However because a real person was hard to find I waited almost 30 days for a prescription. That is the only reason for the decline in one star. For myself going 30 days it was tough, but I know for some people with ADHD not having your meds can literally turn your world upside down. I hope this keeps the issues I had from happening to others.

Very frustrating. Like many reviews that I have read (and have since been suspiciously deleted), the first couple months were great. Then prescriptions are not refilled, response time takes forever or is non existent. Every month for the last couple of months I have to reach out to the support team because my provider is completely unreachable and my medication is called in weeks late. However, they do manage to bill every month. Completely unprofessional. You can’t even schedule time to meet with your counselor because they are completely booked. False advertising and they hide all of their comments on Facebook, which should be a dead give away. Don’t waste your time.

Quick and easy so far. Received my medication prescription as previously prescribed in the past. Physician was professional and listened. Prescription was ready the same day. Follow up is in 4 weeks. No real complaints so far. Will ask for a generic and hoping this is an option. Referring a friend so Done please keep up the good work and don’t let us down!

Got my first prescription and had issues after that. Never got my refill. Couldn't reach anyone except an bot replying in email. Malpractice company right here. Also I did find a article that providers are denying prescriptions from this company and Cerebal. Wouldn't do business with this company. Mental health is at a high and this company doesn't care.

Finally a good adhd diagnosis solution!

All was great for the first six months, but when I called my pharmacy about my latest refill it was never sent in. Apparently, my provider no longer works there and they had no setup for any of her patients! I am now on day 5 of waiting for my refill and after reading the other unfortunate experiences that everyone else is currently having, I am not holding my breath that I will ever get it. To take advantage of mental health patients is a different kind of low. They will draw money from your account right on time, but as for getting your medication, it does not seem to be a priority.
