SCAM DONT EVER GIVE THEM YOUR CARD INFO. ONCE THEY HAVE TOUR CARD INFO THEY will keep charging your card. They scheduled a random appt which I never asked for with no way to cancel and no way to take my card info away. Had to cancel my card and get a new one. And block automatic billing so they can't keep Taking my money. This is complete bs and should not be allowed to practice business.

Done has changed my life for the best. The my doctor is kind, friendly, and is attentive to my needs. I feel listened to and not rushed or judged. The appointments are easy to schedule and the response time is prompt. I would highly recommend this service to anyone struggling with ADHD. The stigma of having a Mental Illness is great, but through Done I don't have to worry about any of that, so glad I found Done. If only pharmacies be more user friendly, bc that is the only issue with getting my prescription.

I think Done is a great service and I am happy overall but I have experienced some delays in my appointments and prescriptions. Everyone at Done between my clinician and the customer service team seems to be trying their best to provide care and support. I have been using done since the Summer of 2021 and most of my experience has been wonderful. It is amazing to be able to get treatment online and not have to deal with the inconvenience of going to the doctor regularly in person which usually means taking time off work and spending money on gas. I have had delays in appointments and/or prescriptions 3 times. Done has been extremely responsive to my issues each time, even if there is not a quick solution. I have not had to follow up after my initial requests and everyone has been polite and professional. Overall, I am happy with the service I hope to keep using Done for as long as I need to.

The fastest response time I've ever seen from this company is their replies to negative reviews LOL. I started using Done a few months ago. I recieved my original appointment and was prescribed one medication, which was basically a refill from a previous company's provider I stopped using. After that one appointment, my provider was switched with no communication. I had a video appointment that was very awkward because neither the new provider not myself knew what was going on with the change, so we ended the appointment for me to contact support, again. Their response was to bill me for thst appointment and lock me out of my account. When I contacted them again infuriated, they refunded that appointment them said they were doing me a favor by waiving my account reactivation fee. Since then, I have never been able to schedule another appointment and the only support responses are "sorry, we're looking into it." Fast forward two weeks of emailing support for help, my account is locked out again. If I want continued services, I need to pay the reactivation fee. Never once did I request deactivation. I was constantly asking for an appointment with the new provider with no resolution. Very poor business practice and shame on them for preying on people with mental health issues just to make quick cash.

I’ve had nothing but exceptional experience with Done in the 6 months I’ve been a patient. I was nervous reading reviews, but I’ve only had good experiences so far. First and foremost, my dr is amazing. I can tell she is truly interested in my improvement and well-being. She’s quick to respond and on time in our meetings. Prescriptions have always been written and filled promptly and I’ve had no issues on this front. The only bump I ran into was not being able to schedule an appointment for about a week but customer service helped with that. I enjoy being able to reach out easily in the portal, it’s comforting to know I can ask questions or raise concerns to my dr directly.

Terrible. I had my last refill at the beginning of May. After weeks of patience, I still have not had my prescription filled, but my card has still been charged. I beg you to save yourself the hassle and avoid this company. This is the third time in my less than one year tenure having to wait more than 3 weeks to resolve an issue. I believe my refill has only come on time ONCE, whereas I am confident my card has been charged on-time to the second each month, without hesitation.

The initial consultation and prescription was great. However as time goes on it is impossible to get your medication refilled on time or to speak with your clinician in a timely manner. However, the one thing they do get on time is charging your credit card for the monthly subscription. It seems my experience is not unique as a lot of other reviews echo the same type of experience.
