I recently decided to try Done because I am a travel nurse amd my insurance changes frequently. I have been diagnosed with adhd for years and have also been treated with no issues. I made an appointment and honestly it went well with the physician...that was 9 days ago. No prescription has been sent, no person has gotten back to me after daily emails requesting information. I can go elsewhere. I have asked for a person to respond to my emails and crickets. I have never had a problem like this and I caution people to put their mental health in their hands. Hopefully someone will eventually respond to me, either with a refund of my money or my prescription with their solution so this doesn't happen again.

Not Upholding their end of the deal
I began using Done in October/November 2021. Initially it was very good and my prescriber always got back to me within a reasonable amount of time (72 hours). because I was so satisfied, I purchased the annual subscription and turned on the auto refill making myself available for appointments whenever need be. I received a text message on 6/18 my prescription was sent to the pharmacy, however, I did not need it filled until 7/9. GUESS WHAT, it was never sent to the pharmacy. For the last 5 days I have been trying to get them to send the prescription and they CONTINUE to give me a run-around. I paid hundreds of dollars and they continue to give me the run-around. Fix your lousy computer systems or refund ALL of my money.

second time leaving a review because they keep getting worse!
I left a prior review. I am trying to get my ADS forms filled out for school. Last week it was really hard to reach done by phone. Now its litterly impossible and my emails have not been replied to all week. I am about to have negative consiquences at school due to done's mismanagement of their clients.

Good for the first 10 months until multiple pharmacies decided to stop filling prescriptions from Done. No way to contact anyone in customer service directly and now I’m without medication.

Under investigation by Department of Justice
They are under investigation by department of justice for Controlled Substances Act violations. This was not made clear at all until I tried a couple different pharmacies that turned away prescriptions from my provider.
Since this has happened their support doesn’t pick up phone calls anymore and instead just asked me to try a different pharmacy. (Probably with the hopes that the membership lasts long enough for them to get another subscription charge)
Do not waste your time with this company. They are obviously running a shady operation.

This seems like a good company at first…
This seems like a good company at first but you pay for the service and then they ignore you. It’s been over two weeks they’ve refused to send in my prescription properly. You can send as many messages as you want they don’t give a rat’s ass about you

Unprofessional and disorganized
Unprofessional and disorganized, this is one of the biggest disasters of a tele-health operation I've ever experienced. If you thought having ADHD was bad enough, then you haven't had the pleasure of dealing with DONE's ADD-like patient support services. They say "ADHD shouldn't be hard" right on their site, but what they don't say is "but you bet your bums we will make it harder for you."
I was with DONE for a few months before my doctor randomly became unavailable. I found this out the hard way when my prescription request wasnt being answered. I didn't hear a reply back from the doctor or DONE's patient services when I inquired about it. I sent a second email -- still nothing. Two weeks later, I got an automated system rmessage informing me I have a scheduled appointment with a NEW doctor a month out from that point. Still no explaination as to why it was like this. Furthermore I wouldn't be able to receive my new medication until I saw the new doctor. Six weeks after my prior medication had run out.
I reached out to done to see if they could renew my prescription before the appointment, but they couldn't get ahold of the new doctor. This kind of interaction happened over the next two weeks. I requested a refund on the month where I was essentially ignored, and after multiple email requests, they finally granted it to me.
But then the final straw. I told them that due to the stress and inconvenience and poor treatment, I wanted my next month to be compensated by DONE, and that is the only way I would continue their telehealth service. They told me ok, and agreed to give the month of July free to me as well at no cost, so they could prove that the service was worth it. I attended my appointment (the new doctor had no idea that I had been trying to contact her,) and everything seemed to be going ok, but then they attempted to charge me for the month of July. My card did not have the funds on it (I only put funds on that card when I anticipate a charge.) I contacted DONE support, but all I got was a "so sorry for the confusion. Let me check on this for you and send emails to other people." No response after that.
While I was waiting for then to resolve the issue, DONE's automated system kicked me from my provider due to the account being 48hrs past due. So now I am supposed to schedule and pay for a new Healthcare provider and appointment, of course 1 month out.
They still haven't resolved this issue. I am tired of emailing their support and getting the same bs "oh so sorry. Let's send some emails to other people to fix that for you." I will share my experience everywhere so everyone knows what kind of scheistshow they're getting into with this company.

SCAM!!!!
Worst service I have ever had from a medical provider. Been 4 months without a refill. Had a video chat with them last week and it was supposed to be fixed but still nope. SCAM!!!!!! Stay away and go someplace else.
I am looking into what medical boards I can file complaints with now along with going to initiate some chargeback on my credit card.
