My review is the same as all others here. Can’t get a refill, can’t get in touch with anyone, no one at Done would care if you commit suicide as long as they keep getting your $80/month. Such a promising opportunity to provide accessible and affordable mental healthcare. But just like the rest of this country and world, Done gives zero effs about your mental health and all their effs are about money.

I cannot believe I didn’t read the reviews before I signed up with Done. I was mortified about what I learned after my initial visit. Beware when you sign up because you will be charged BEFORE you actually see someone. And if your lucky enough to get that initial visit out of the way, you will be ghosted after that! I was “prescribed” Adderall, which is no surprise because I had already been on this treatment plan with Ahead, my previous treatment facility. Sent multiple messages and received a few generic auto-reply style messages after waiting a few days in between each. Calling the my assigned pharmacy multiple times looking like a fool each time. And then finally, nothing. I won’t bother calling or putting forth anymore effort to resolve this issue. But know this, getting help for my ADHD treatment (by Ahead inc.) after putting it off for decades changed my life for the better. I’m very disheartened, as I am sure most people having to migrate from Ahead to other despicable companies like Done are. What Done is doing should not be allowed to continue. Your taking our hard-earned money and not providing a single solution for it in return. You are thieves, no better than Bernie Madoff and his pyramid schemes, or ENRON. If your reading this review, take your business elsewhere! Deactivated my account and didn’t get so much as an email confirming I had canceled my membership with Done. I will be disputing the charges on my card and then I’m DONE.

I have been receiving treatment from a Done provider for more than a year. My experience was mostly positive, up until about 4 months ago. Same story as most of the recent reviews here. My prescription was not sent to my pharmacy, emails and text messages to Done support have gone unanswered, and the phone line for urgent matters does not connect to a support representative. I was finally able to speak to a support representative after setting an appointment for a callback. I believe that I was instead speaking with an answering service, because I only received canned responses to my concerns. I was told that my request for refill was being marked "urgent" to be sent to my provider. More than 24 hours later, still nothing. I believe that this company is in serious trouble and fully expect their website to be gone within a week.

I've been using this company for over a year. Started off okay, but Done has gotten worse and worse each month I've been a member. Don't get me started on the lack of responses, but when you do hear from them, it's a canned response that you'll be seeing again next month. I'm leaving this review because others mentioned it's the only way they got their refill, and as you can see, all of their customers are in the dark. Go to a real professional who cares about you and will give you a refill ON TIME!

(UPDATE: Today, I was able to speak with a representative from their urgent support line who assured me that my script will be sent to the pharmacy within 24-48 hours. I also received a text message a moment ago confirming that Done has sent my request to the pharmacy for my refill. I was really appreciative of the support agents response and while the last three weeks haven't been ideal, this has been my first real issue with this company and I let them know what my concerns were regarding the non-responsive support team. I feel like my concerns were taken seriously and addressed, so I'm going to be updating my review to reflect that care.) Not sure what's happening with this company, but it's unfortunate because up until the last few weeks, my experience was good. However, similarly to what some of the other reviewers are saying, the company has completely gone dark on me and haven't submitted my prescription to the pharmacy, which was due on the 7th. The delay is one thing, but what's unacceptable to me is their inability to respond to me when I reach out. I've emailed them over 7 times in the last 8 days and have reason ZERO response. They responded initially and asked me to wait 24 - 72 hours (business day) and said a lot of other things that didn't make sense. I'm so disappointed. Would suggest you look elsewhere if you want reliable support. (UPDATE: I scheduled an appointment via the urgent link they provided and was told someone would call me at our appointment time. It’s scheduled for a 10 minute appointment, and they have not attempted to call or reach out to me. Definitely seems like a scam and they’ve completely lost my trust.)

Our experience has been horrible since day one. The first scheduled appointment left my husband waiting while the provider never entered the Zoom meeting. We attempted to locate a telephone number unsuccessfully and sent multiple emails. We then received a notification in the portal of a new scheduled appointment that was not a working time for my husband. He rearranged his schedule and made the appointment time work. He spoke with the provider and they decided on a medication plan, etc. The medication was to be sent to the pharmacy that afternoon and that was over a week ago. We have submitted multiple emails to the portal, etc. It seems to be a one way communication. We have not been contacted by anyone from the company thus far. We have paid for the service but received nothing but continued frustration. In reading other reviews this appears to be a common issue. I personally use a similar service with another company and have NEVER experienced anything except exceptional services with my prescriptions, customer service and communication. I appalled at how difficult this has been and wish we had used another service.

I had canceled my account because my pharmacy wouldn’t fill from them. When I found one I emailed them paid for the two months that I wasn’t active even though I was not able to receive a script. Now it’s been 4 days nothing sent in and they don’t respond to emails and consultations. The next appointment to see a doctor is in September. Why reactive my account if you can’t send in the refill? Reply back to where? You haven’t replied to any of my emails but respond to this!

I started using this service when COVID started and I could not see my psychiatrist anymore. My first few months were great, I was able to easily communicate with my provider and have follow up appointments whenever needed. She was able to prescribe all the other medications I was taking besides just for adhd. Then things started going downhill. I would have appointments for followups that would be canceled the day-of after waiting for months to be seen. Then this past month, radio silence. Their phones are shut off, emails aren’t responded to, and my prescription refill was never sent in. All the while they’re still taking my payments, of course! I’ve found another more legitimate service this week and have canceled my Done membership and will be reporting them to my state board of health for malpractice. ETA: I find it hilarious they have somebody responding to all these horrible reviews of their malpractice but don’t respond to their patients calls and emails to be able to get their meds. Absolutely horrible and ridiculous company. There are plenty of other real online health clinics to get your meds, go elsewhere!
