I regret ever trying Done
Final update: I spoke to done through a Scheduled call yesterday (Saturday) to get clarification of my status. The CSR told me my script was sent just “18 minutes ago” to the pharmacy despite being told the day before it couldn’t be sent. Still nothing. No text, no email, no update on the website it was sent. No prescription at the pharmacy. I’ve had it. I canceled my services with them and already found a new provider. I got a call today they tried to send it but couldn’t because I deactivated my account. If it was sent to my pharmacy at 1 pm how did deactivating my account 9 hours later effect the provider sending the refill? Update 3: when I spoke to done I requested an email that said I would get my script filled in 72 business hours. I got an email that states “we have escalated your concern to our other TX providers if they can issue a bridge refill.” When I spoke to them earlier I was told they were able to do a bridge fill not that they were waiting to see if they could. More conflicting information provided by support. Update 2: I did receive a call back. I was told a collaborating physician would fill my script within 72 business hours. So their response was wait more. I will update if I actually get my refill or not. Update 1: requested a phone call. Will update if I actually receive help. Doubt it since no one has told me the truth or helped me up to this point My first month was great. The second month was great. Then it went from bad to worse. It took 3 weeks for them to get my medication filled when CVS stopped filling meds event though I contacted them 2 weeks prior to needing a fill. This time it’s been 12 days and nothing but vague please be understanding we’re working on it. No one can tell me what is going on and everyone tells me something different. I was being told by their social media team (the only people you can really get a hold of) that they were working with my provider as some are having issues learning the new refill system. Last night I got an email stating they can’t get a hold of my provider. If you look at the complaints history on Trustpilot you’ll see a trend of bad experiences starting around the same time. I had to ask for a refund no less then 20 times before anyone actually gave me one. I was told they would pass it along to their care team but after sending more messages demanding one all of a sudden the social media person could issue it. I had to post all over social media about my experience before anyone responded and that was only after they deleted all my comments because to quote them ‘it is relatively irrelevant to our marketing’. In order to find a phone number I had to call my pharmacy and ask them for a contact number. It was then I learned that my original provider isn’t the same person who sent my prescription in last time. So I have no idea who my actual doctor is. After emailing them I got an email that I needed to set up a follow up appointment. The only appointments were in October. Then I talked to the social media person who told me I didn’t. Then when I called they said I did but also had a refill request and they would call back by the end of the day. Shocker-no call. They turned off phone support on their website, no one answers emails unless it’s to send out generic responses once a day at most, and you have to spam their social media account to get a response there. They advertise 24/7 support but that is a lie. They prescribe medication for people’s mental health that is dangerous to quit cold turkey and then they force them to do just that. I understand issues arise which is why I was very understanding about going 3 weeks. It wasn’t there fault CVS wouldn’t fill (tuns out it is but that’s a rant for another day). This time it’s the lack of communication and everyone telling me something different. I feel like they’re telling me whatever they think I want to hear so I’ll shut up and they can keep billing me. I wish I never signed up for Done. Before Done I only knew my brain when it was untreated for ADHD. Now I know how much better my life can be with treatment but without insurance it’s going to be too costly to get a new doctor/prescription. Treating my ADHD helped my social anxiety, executive disjunction, impostor syndrome, and depression, on top of helping my classic symptoms. Now I’m forced to go back to a life where I can barely function day to day and it’s harder now because I know it doesn’t have to be like this. Done is an awful company that doesn’t care about people. They push drugs for profit and I look forward to the day I read they are shut down. To all of you out there that are in my position I am deeply sorry. I hope you’re able to get help.
