Review number 2 coming in hot! These guys are actively scrubbing instagram of ANY negative comments. They don't return emails, they don't return phone calls; not that you can even call them. Their phone lines are shut off.
Now watch, they will reply to this review with a copy paste response about how much their "patients" mean to them.
This is unacceptable, cruel and downright disgusting. You guys can't even put out a statement about what's going on.

COMPLETE Scam
I had an appointment and diagnosis and now I can't get anyone on the phone, they won't reply to email or portal. No prescription has been called into the pharmacy and we are out $99.!! This is awful. Try and get help and then you get totally ghosted - WTH?

UN- DONE
UNRELIABLE - I trusted them to provide services that I use for my daily life and have been repeatedly let down. My script was set to auto renew and was supposedly sent to my pharmacy on 6/8. Truthfully though, it was sent on 6/20, almost 2 weeks later. Attempts to communicate electronically have failed, even providing them 72 hours for response. To make matters worse, the phone number for service leads to a voicemail....

Either disgustingly incompetent or intentionally cruel.
This is a company that offers a very straightforward service: A telehealth relationship with a provider and ADHD medication prescriptions. The problem is that they don't actually do either of those things. Last month, I was stuck for two whole weeks without my medications, and every time I tried to reach out to literally anyone via phone, email, social media, etc, I received no useful responses other than "rest assured we are working to fulfill all of your requests." I only had one request, and it was for my provider to send in my Rx. After two weeks of waiting, it was FINALLY sent in.
Just two weeks later, I ordered a new credit card, so my old details didn't go through when they charged my card. Within minutes I was contacted and told my account would be cancelled in 24 hours. They cancelled my account, then contacted me asking me for a new card and that my account would be reinstated. I went ahead and did it against my better judgement. They charged it right away and took my money.
Now here I am, two weeks after that exchange, and I'm 7 days late for my refill YET AGAIN, and now no one is even responding. I even reached out to the membership guy, Paul (It's actually John Paul Jovi Guda) because he was extremely responsive when it came to my payments. Sure enough, when it has to do with actually providing literally the only service they advertise, I don't get a response at all. Their phone number doesn't even ring anymore. It just goes straight to what I'm guessing is an unmonitored voice mailbox.
I have no doubt that they will still charge my card when its due though, in spite of providing me with literally no service whatsoever. How that's not illegal is beyond me. Stay away from this company at all costs and just be patient with finding a provider in your area that you can see in person. It's disgusting that a company would treat its customers like this, especially when those customers are people with a mental health issue and the company is dangerously negligent and irresponsible in managing care. I'm a mental health counselor myself and I wouldn't DARE treat any one of my clients like this.

Unable to get refill. 13 Days behind on medication.
This is the second review i am writing as I am not getting any response on emails, and the phone # goes to a voicemail and tells me to schedule a call back but i can not make out the url they provide in the voicemail. I have been trying to get a refill since 7/1 when I was notified my script was sent to the pharmacy. The pharmacy never received the eprescription. I have sent multiple emails, called many times and sent a few messages through the patient portal. And i have set up an appointment with the provider as i cant get support to help.
I was told issue would be resolved by the phone support on 7/5 within 24-48 hrs.
On 7/7 I was called and told that I no longer had a pharmacy listed in my profile, they added it back as there was no option on the website to add it again. I was told it would take 24-72 hrs for the script to be sent.
7/9 - I received a text stating they saw i had an appointment scheduled on 7/14 with the provider, and wanted to see if they could call me that saturday to help now. When they called they said they had escalated the issue to the care management team but since my provider didnt have practice hours on the weekend it would be resolved on monday at the lastest as some providers check and issue refills on the weekend.
It's now Wednesday, I have not heard anything since Saturday and is 13 days behind on the refill. I have appointment with the provider tomorrow as i wanted to go straight to the provider as the support team kept blaming the provider and kept moving the goal posts. I fear that i am going to have the same experience as the person below who had the same idea of bypassing support but the provider never showed up and the customer was marked as missing the meeting.
I will update this review after the meeting tomorrow.

Never use this company.
My appointment with Done. was the worst medical appointment I have ever experienced. I have never felt more devalued as a human or insulted in my life. Their practitioner asked me what I was looking for, and after a detailed explanation on my part she immediately asked if I was seeking a stimulant prescription just for my school program, insinuating that I was drug seeking. I attempted to continue the appointment by explaining that all of my siblings are diagnosed and that my parents felt less inclined to seek a diagnosis for me because I performed well in school. The NP then told me that because I answered "no" to one question that I didn't meet the criteria for ADHD, and that "you're either born with it or not". This was the worst experience I have ever had with a practitioner and company so I asked to be transferred to another provider. I filed a complaint with Done online and attempted to contact their customer support. The next day I received and email with a "discharge" note from their practitioner stating that I was abusing multiple opioid narcotics, was drug seeking, and had aggressive behavior. What this practitioner didn't assess, because she didn't do her job, was that I was prescribed those meds, but never filled them or picked them up, because I had just had a major surgery where I had a chest tube and was in ICU for two days. So not only did she write me off without actually assessing me, she falsified records and accused me of something egregious that could have put my own medical license in jeopardy. Never use this company.

The customer service is terrible
The customer service is terrible. The “call for service” line is never answered, the doctors are impossible to get ahold of, no one will help when you need it. It’s been fine at first but has been awful the last few days.
***Edited to say that they did finally reach out and help to solve the problem.***

Disappointment and frustration.
I've been using donefirst about a year now.
Communication and response times have gone down significantly. I'm contemplating finding a different company because clearly they don't care about their patients. Or rather.."customers".
Not having a phone number to call anymore is very unsettling and I've sent several emails to try and resolve my own issues with them.
Disappointed.
