Can’t get ahold of anyone for several days after sending multiple requests. No refill. Out of medicine.

Hard to get appointments, will ghost you after a few months of membership
Hard to get appointments, they'll cancel your appointment with no warning or possibility of reschedule, or just change your provider without telling you so you have to wait even longer to get refill. Constantly having lapses in medication due to poor communication on their end. But even when I can't get an appointment and this service is doing absolutely nothing for me, I'm still forced to pay $79/month.
Edit: don't let their reply fool you, I've already tried reaching out to Done support through every possible avenue... Going over 10 days now without so much as an acknowledgement to any of my emails/messages in the consultation portal. Mind you, I'm still unable to refill my prescription or even schedule an appointment with a provider as well (it's been 3 weeks since I requested a refill.) Funny how they're quick to respond to negative reviews, but can't even be bothered to respond to their paying customers.

I'm very happy with my experience
I'm very busy, so I appreciate the ability to meet with my doctor remotely. Having adhd made it hard for me to want to take the first steps for getting treatment again. I always assume that I'm going to be judged and when I first signed up for done I was really nervous for my first appointment. When I first met with my doctor, she was very nice and understanding and I didn't feel any judgment. My next visit was the same. I felt like she really cared about my mental health and wanted to try and help me have a better quality of life.

Horrible Service and Communication
I initially had a good experience with Donefirst.com, but the service has dramatically declined. Here are the major issues I've faced:
1. **Refill Process**: At first, refilling medication was straightforward with just a button press in the app. Now, they've removed automatic refills, forcing patients to contact their providers for refills.
2. **Unresponsive Provider**: My provider, Sophie Mbua, has been extremely unresponsive. She decides to respond whenever it's convenient for her, often at 3 am or ignoring me for days. This inconsistency has caused significant delays in receiving my medication.
3. **Extra Costs**: Donefirst.com makes you pay for drug screen panels out of pocket, as these are not covered on their end.
4. **Lack of Responsibility**: Sophie Mbua's communication skills are abysmal. When it comes to controlled substances, timely refills are crucial, and she fails to provide this essential service.
Overall, the lack of timely communication and responsibility from Sophie Mbua has made my experience with Donefirst.com frustrating and unacceptable. If you're looking for reliable care and timely medication, look elsewhere.
