I paid for nothing
I paid. I had a stamped report from my Doctor to supplement the visit. She didn’t ask me for the report, it was additional support document from my end. She sent me off on a hunt for more reports and additional documents. Response rate is at sloth speed. They care more about the fees than actually delivering a proper service. Save your money. I wasted mine. I’m hoping someone from their end reads this and decides to respond to my email. They love sending automated emails pretending that they are reviewing the complaint. P.S I reached out again to them mentioning that I reviewed them on TRUST PILOT hoping that they would take it seriously.. I also received an automated reply just like the one they posted below this review. No humans who care about providing a service. Just scams for your money.
