I have a really hard time getting in touch with my provider. My meds were marked as being sent to my pharmacy but my pharmacy does not have the prescription. I've called their phone number 50 times with no response and emailed every email available for 3 days. It was going well at first, but getting in touch with a real person is impossible. Not sure what to do.

Urgent warning for all considering Done.
This is the first negative review I've ever cared enough to write, but I needed to speak up to second everything said by Brandon E. on 9/12. The following is my experience being scammed by Done.
(Long, but summary at the bottom.)
I first came to Done in May after the closure of Ahead. I, like many of you, have struggled to steadily receive the medication needed to help me manage my ADHD. Finding Done felt like an cool oasis after hundreds of miles of desert - it was so simple to join Done and to make an appointment with a practitioner, and to my incredible relief, they could see me the next day. I met my practitioner, and he asked me about my history with ADHD and medication, then prescribed to me the medications I had previously been on just based on my word. At the time, it had felt so refreshing to be taken seriously & trusted, and to have medication on the way the very next day.
I tell you all of this so that you don't make the same mistake that I did. I read the negative reviews, then tentatively gave Done a shot on a trial basis. My initial experience was, as you read, very promising. I felt heard, and I got my meds the next day. I think that Done prioritizes making sure sure the first appointment goes well so that people will sign up for their monthly membership. It worked on me, for sure. I signed up, and that was the last good experience I ever had with them.
I found out over a week before my prescription was due to be renewed on 6/5 that I would need to switch pharmacies, so I submitted my request. My pharmacy switch was confirmed by Done on 6/2 (several days after I had sent it), and I was told that it would take "at least 3 days" for my practitioner to get to it.
Over the next three weeks, I sent multiple messages to the Support email + to my practitioner, receiving no response despite me conveying my urgent concerns about the situation (I had effectively been cut off cold-turkey for the second time in 3 months, and was experiencing withdrawals - all of which they were aware of, and still did not deem important enough to give even a preliminary response). They have an "urgent" phone line to call. I called 9 times during business hours over the course of a week, and every single time it would ring for 8 minutes and then disconnect the call. Their Twitter was the only place I could find them acknowledging/responding to patients' issues at all, & that seemed to just be the public complaints in order to do damage control to Done's crumbling reputation. My DM to the Twitter was acknowledged, and they said they would get an urgent message to my care team. I never received any follow-up, nor were my further messages on Twitter answered by Done. From what I was seeing on Twitter, an alarming number of people were being ghosted by Done just like I was.
On 6/27, 22 days after my medication was due to be renewed, I finally received communication from Done. They had sent my prescription in (with no acknowledgement that they had ignored the urgency of my situation for over 3 weeks), they had assigned me a new practitioner, and they had all sorts of intake info they wanted me to fill out. By this point, I had actually begun with a new (and actually reputable) practitioner 2-3 days prior, so these emails were the exact reminder my ADHD needed to actually go in and cancel my membership with Done. I cancelled Done on 6/27.
My 'date of experience' is listed as 9/13, however, because that's the date I received a 'new treatment plan' from my Done practitioner (the first one, which I had been switched out of the care of) + an e-mail from that practitioner saying that he was keeping me on my current meds, along with some copypaste warnings about stimulant medications. I was very confused to receive these e-mails, since I'd cancelled three months prior. I went into my account settings, only to find that Done had reactivated my membership without my consent this month and would be charging me on 10/13.
I have cancelled for a second time + have a case open with my bank to block any further charges from Done in case they reactivate me without consent again. I've been told that I should also push for June to be refunded, since they didn't deliver any of their contracted services in June until it was too late + endangered my health in the process, but I just want to escape them.
IN SUMMARY, DONE:
- Collects membership payments for services they do not provide.
- Neglects to provide overdue prescriptions for 3+ weeks, in direct contrast with current best evidence-based practice (stopping stimulants abruptly can lead to dangerous health outcomes or thoughts of suicide - and the degree of Done's lack of concern for this evidence-based practice is honestly alarming to me).
- Often impossible to reach by any communication.
- Reactivates cancelled memberships without notice/consent.

Done goes above and beyond
Done frustrated us at first even. Our sons appointment went great. It was after the appointment our frustration started. We felt there was a lack of communication and there was a prescription delay. An employee, Franz, (liasion) took over, and stayed a couple hours after his shift was over, providing us with consistent, professional updates, until the prescription was confirmed as sent to our pharmacy. That’s a level of customer service that’s rare and goes above and beyond. As parents we so appreciate this individual keeping us informed. We went from wanting to report Done to being comfortable that we partnered with them in treatment for our son. I highly recommend Done because if/when there’s an issue they will resolve it with you. That’s a highly valuable practice that lets us know they value us and will work with us. Thank you Done! Thank you Franz!

I’m very grateful that Done. Is an option for me!
I have been with Done for a while now. I don’t know where I would be with out this! I’ve have 2 therapists during my time with them. Both very thorough, and both helped. My therapist now is amazing and does his best to hear my needs. Yes sometimes it takes a couple days, but in the end, I’m thriving and grateful for them! Even if there is a delay. It’s worth it to me! I have a busy schedule and they work with me on that! Thank you for your help! Always!

Done Health P.C is unethical, unresponsive and dangerous for patients
Done Health P.C. is unethical, unresponsive and dangerous for clients.
I have been using Done Health P.C. for 9 months to manage my ADHD and general anxiety. When I moved to a different state and attempted to transfer my prescriptions, getting any sort of customer support was a nightmare. After numerous failed attempts to contact their support line, my prescriptions were transferred after a wait time of 18 days. The lapse in my care plan resulted in general fatigue and panic attacks. Their support team agreed to reimburse one month of membership fees to make up for their negligence.
I reactivated my membership this month and was incorrectly charged for 2 months, including the month that they agreed to reimburse. It took the support team less than 5 minutes to charge my card. However, after 4 business days, they have yet to send in my prescription renewals or respond to any of the messages related to my health care. When I requested a follow up appointment with my physician, the earliest availability was 4 months away.
Done Health P.C. is so profit-driven that they neglect the health needs of their clients; they don't have the support staff required to offer any form of customer service or responsible treatment plans.

So far so good. Appointment was easy to set up. When I needed a prior authorization form they were right on it.
