Where to start, takes more than 2 weeks to get a refill. Why you have to get a refill request each month is beyond me. Then had to switch pharmacy 3 times because they stop issuing from DONE but you never get told that by DONE. But they sure as hell continue to charge your credit card. I've been charged 6 times but only managed to get 3 filled prescriptions. What a joke. Called to complain, cancel my so called membership, They offered to refund 2 months of membership fee but they only ended giving one. This company is a sham

Horrible. First appointment, provider didn’t show up. Second appointment, she showed up 10 mins late and only spent 8 mins with me. Prescribed medication which resulted in my discovery that absolutely no pharmacy will work with DONE. I come to find that they are being investigated by the DEA. This is horrendous. I’m working on getting a refund but doubt that’ll happen. This is unethical at best and illegal at worse. UPDATE: DONE responded to this review and asked that I set up a call with their urgent line. I did so, which was not urgent as the soonest appointment for a call was greater than 24 hours. And, the phone appointment came around and they did NOT call. There is no number to reach for any type of support, including following up with the provider to address the issue or speak to anyone to cancel the reoccurring subscription that they have gripped their hands on.

Experience has been smooth from beginning to end. My provider is always prompt to reply and aside from medication shortages I have never had an issue picking up or renewing my prescription. I knew exactly how much I’d be paying for a consultation and what the ongoing costs of my treatment would be. If you’re surprised by the charges you receive it is willful ignorance because they do not make any of this a secret. Do your research and be patient; you won’t be disappointed. This service has been extremely valuable to me.

Even after begging me via txt to remove my previous negative reviews for the abysmal customer service, I'm once again weeks out of medication with no refill sent to my pharmacy. I was told to update my pharmacy when I originally requested the refill and after was told "They would look into it". Look into what? The fact I've requesting an appointment since OCTOBER and haven't spoken to ANY PHYSICIAN since SEPTEMBER. UNACCEPTABLE

The clinicians only listen to half of what you say. Got a rx and tried for 2 months with no improvement. Attempted to get a high dosage of new medication and I’ve been waiting 3 months to get the request processed. I’ve emailed several times and get replied back 7-30 days later.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Extremely inappropriate, quite frankly, illegal things said by the PMHNP I saw that could warrant legal action. Impossible to get ahold of anyone through emails or calls (I'm sure the company will try to save face and respond to this post like the ones below it suggesting use of their urgent line on the website, but that's a scam too as you will still not get ahold of them while they take your money). Scammed out of $280 in one month. Please stay away, there are countless other options where you can get affordable treatment from professionals and not grifters/con artists.

After two years of monthly membership with this telehealth service for my ADHD medication management, I have encountered my second lapse in clinician coverage and medication. Beyond that, the 24/7 support they claim to offer has never been 24/7. At this point, they have stopped responding to anything. To make anxiety even worse after a month of unexpected ghosting by this company and no meds, they have removed the membership cancellation option from the account portal! All their information states it is as simple as logging in and selecting to deactivate your membership which is now not possible! I guess I have to cancel the card they have been charging so they have nothing to charge! Hardly the patient centric culture their medical board professes them to be. I cannot express how horrible and emotionally draining this has made me.

Complete scam, my experience was as follows: pay $200 for a consultation, wait two weeks for them to get my medication delivered to my pharmacy, it was sent to a pharmacy an hour away, fight 3 days for a refund which at this time has not happened while they tell me “my pharmacy” has the prescription. They picked a random pharmacy that I did not ask for, never changed it during the first week when I reached out about the error, and are dragging their feet on the refund. All around terrible experience. 0 stars if I could. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
