This USE to be a good system and company. It use to take care of people and their needs. For the past 6 months, it has gotten worse and worse. I have requested appointment after appointment. Refill and messages are no longer filled and answered at all. My friend who I suggested this to, now can not get her ADHD medications because 3 month LATER they finally filled the requested meds. Due to breech of contract. It is not even her fault or nor she is a patient of theirs. STAY AWAY

Done reached out to me on the same day of my posted issue and promptly corrected it. Very happy with their customer service and hoping to not have any issues moving forward.

This is not as trustworthy company and I hate to use the word Scam, but that is what it seems like. They charged me for a consult, but do not have me as an active user. I did have a telehealth call with a provider, MaryAnn Esapa. She promised that she would send in my prescription and still has not 9 days later! The "Customer service" department is giving me the run around and have promised to refund my money, but I have yet to see the refund. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

After $279 and two weeks post-appointment, I have yet to be given a solution for filling a prescription. There is no phone number to call, my online chat feature has been disabled, and they are not returning my requests. I will be contacting the licensing board of the provider they set me up with next. Also, the link they provide to the negative reviews here does not work. There is no way to “reply” either

As you can see by every review, Done does not actually have any administrative or medical capabilities to see or repsond to patients, let alone write and fill prescriptions. I have requested my medical records so that I can go to a doctor, if they are not sent to me by EOD 03FEB2023, I will file as "services not rendered" at my financial institution and block them from charging any additional fees. This is a scam through and through and the automatic "send us a message" response is even more irritating since the problem is lack of contact and transparency to begin with. I have no doubt that the entire site will be dissolved by the end of Q1.

I have not had any problems at all. Everyone has been very professional and attentive.

I sent in my script renewal in December of 2022 and they still will not send it to the pharmacy. It’s now February of 2023. I’ve emailed them once a week since December and they have since stopped replying.

CVS and Walgreens stoped filling their prescriptions. And now Kroger too, which is what I used. I did not get medication for 3 months and got billed for it with the excuse every month of we are working on canceling your membership. Will you consider freezing the membership temporarily.
