WARNING!! Even after a refund you worked months for, They will reverse it!!!!!!! And then come on here and dispute your review as non genuine and fraudulent, forcing trustpilot to ask for documentation. No Access to Medical Records No phone numbers No support forms that allow to request medical records No time frames of when they will contact me to get my records emailed to me Why won’t they allow me to see my diagnosis record so that my new primary care physician can update my records?? They are demanding that I have that, this is very serious that I’m unable to give my doctor what they are requesting. I look like an idiot that I can’t contact the place that prescribes my regulated medication. What am I supposed to do?!?!? What kind of medical practice doesn’t have a phone number??? Why can’t I get in touch with these people for patient records during normal business hours?? What is happening??

Done First has an incredible team and support structure to make sure you receive the care you need and when you need it - especially if you need direct assistance. I highly recommend them!

I had a great experience with the providers and the process. They are very efficient and helpful with any questions or problems you have. The process was simple and the providers really seem to care and want to help you and that’s exactly what happened. Overtime, the providers have helped me feel like myself again. I have had great experiences with Done and I am Very happy with Done and will recommend them.

In my experience, Done has been a wonderful resource. After trying in person and a couple other online services, I was ready to give up when I decided I would make one last effort and found Done. I had an appointment within a couple of days of reaching out. The provider I met with was extremely nice, patient and listened (which was something the previous places I reached out to, struggled with). I have had a few hiccups along the way, but nothing that was directly Done's fault. First I had to change pharmacies a couple of times because of new policies put into place by a couple of corporate pharmacies (Kroger, Rite Aid). The second problem came due to the massive nationwide Adderall shortage, again, not Done's fault. Every appointment I've had has been a pleasant experience. I can't imagine having to deal with going to appointments in person with my busy schedule, running my own business doesn't grant me a lot of time to be flexible with making it to things like doctor appointments.

I paid $200 for my appointment, met with my doctor who was a lovely man, and then received a notice that he had sent my prescription to the pharmacy. The pharmacy states that they have not received it, in a time-sensitive issue I am not able to get any answers. As a part of my membership is to receive "24/7" support yet it takes "72 hours" for someone to get back to me??? I feel ripped off and not supported, definitely will be taking my business to someone more reputable.
