This company is a scam. I was able to get my first prescription. Since then, they haven’t responded to emails or requests through their website. They won’t refund my money. It’s an outright scam - you’d be better off throwing your money outright than letting people like this have it. Everyone involved with this company should be ashamed of themselves- including the providers.

They told me there was a provider in my area. Took my 10.00 deposit then canceled my appointment because they couldn’t see me . I asked for the deposit back and they said it was non-refundable. How many 10.00 deposits have they taken without seeing people?

I just signed up yesterday and it said that my first visit was only going to be $10 and then I was charged $199 after that then I again was charged $125 and I have not even had a visit yet! I tried calling them with no luck getting through. I am very upset and I do not agree to these charges! I will do everything to dispute them!

Look at all the negative reviews! Look at the responses from this company. The responses are generic and my guess is that nothing has or will be done. If I could give zero stars I would; even one star is too liberal. I have attempted to get my medical records for two weeks, records to which I am legally entitled. I've called, I've emailed, I've faxed (which doesn't go through because the line is always busy), nothing but crickets. This company prays on those of us who are afflicted with ADHD, vulnerable people who are desperate for any help to manage their disability. I'll certainly be reporting them to the BBB and the California Medical Oversight Board. These people should not be in business and the board certifications of the doctors appearing on their web page should be revoked. They have no business treating people online. Your reply doesn’t help me at all. I needed my medical records yesterday. Clicking on your link provides an appointment for Monday. You’ve had two weeks to provide me my medical records. I sent you an email today asking once again for my records by the end of business today. No response. Your interaction with me and all of the other people who have submitted reviews shows a total disregard for patient care.

My experience is the same as many you will read here. After requesting a renewal for my prescription, nothing happened. After waiting almost a week, I sent a followup message and got no response. My provider's schedule is full so an appointment cannot be booked. I scheduled a call with the support staff and was told the provider made a mistake and didn't complete the renewal process and was assured this would be escalated and taken care of. However all that has happened since is I received a message saying my provider would review my request and respond within three business days. Looks like I will continue to be out of medication for many days, if it is ever refilled at all. I do not recommend Done.

I’ve been using Done for awhile now. I originally switched from my local provider because I liked the idea of not needing to go into an office, and I liked the “ease/worry-free” that they promote. Rescheduling with My doctor meant waiting 4-6weeks, and that was frustrating. I can say with Done, the ease/worry free is not accurate and very misleading. There have been maybe 2 months where there wasn’t an issue. I’ve had to switch pharmacies several times because my doctor keeps getting flagged (not a good sign). I’ve had instances where the doctor just doesn’t send the rx and won’t communicate the reason because they just want your monthly fee. It’s usually because they’re having serious issues and don’t want you to leave. I’ve wanted to cancel many times, but it feels almost like a trap. You pay a big fee up front and they tell you that you will have to pay it again if you sign back up, also going anywhere else I will have to pay a higher amount each visit. With the amount of delays I’ve experienced over the course of using Done, I would say I’ve paid for about two maybe three months without treatment just because each month there could be a week delay, or a couple days, or several weeks and it all adds up. Bottom line, misleading, prob won’t be around much longer so I’d warn caution on investing in this company.

I have not had any issues with Done. I recommend their service. I have always been treated with respect and deadlines have been met. I have used them for about 7 months now.

With a busy schedule and not much time time schedule my in person visits, DONE has made it less stressful getting my medication. I wish more pharmacies would see how beneficial it is and open up to this method vs. shutting it down.
