I'd give them 0 stars if possible. First off, they don't properly check pharmacies to see if they accept Done so you can wind up driving over only to be turned away and when you let Done know you have to wait another 3 days to get a response if you're lucky. Completely disorganized and incompetent system.

I am surprised at all the negative reviews. I’ve never had a bad experience and I’ve been working with my doctor for about a year now. We meet periodically to discuss progress. I get my prescriptions on time every month. If you are looking for talk therapy that may be an issue but for controlling medications this is the best. I work a lot and just don’t have the time to dedicate to going to a doctors office every month to sit there and talk about my feelings. Done has helped me remain functional and I can’t thank them enough for it.

Friendly and helpful customer service. They go above and beyond to get any issues handled in a timely manner. Whenever I have issues getting my medication, they make sure the Rx is adjusted to what the pharmacy has available.

Doc has really changed my life. He is very intelligent and lets me talk about my issues. I feel really comfortable with DONE. I would recommend Done for anyone in need. Once u get through all the requirements it’s super easy and convenient.

Doctor that prescribed my medicine Eric Miller, is on Kroger's "do not prescribe controlled substances from" list. Causing me a world of headache. I have tried contacting customer service/my provider extensively and nothing has been resolved. I simply wanted my prescription sent to another pharmacy in hopes that I wouldn't have any issues but nothing has been "done" by Done. in over a month. Proceed with this company at your own risk.

I honestly had an awesome experience. My doctor listened and didn’t treat me like I was “trying” to get an Adderall prescription. I simply talked with him about my symptoms and what previous doctors have prescribed me. We developed a plan to get me back on it in a safe way. He filled my prescription right away and the only reason I couldn’t pick it up was because my pharmacy was out. Went back next day and had it. The service is efficient and in my opinion affordable.

Definitely a scam. Pharmacist refused to fill the prescription. She looked at the Dr name and location and would not fill it. Done First has only refunded $138 of the $199 I paid them. Stay away from this place.

So many bad reviews about Done. My experience was the opposite. I was connected with a reputable doctor who listened to the issues my ADD was causing and wrote my prescription based on my symptoms. My medication was called in immediately after my appointment and I picked it up 2 hours later. Despite the bad reviews, this was my actual experience. Don’t believe everything you read.
