This is a great service. The appointment was conveniently online so no waiting around in an uncomfortable waiting room. The doctor was professional and easy to talk to. They communicate very quickly and i never have an issue getting meds or anything I need. I highly recommend Done.

Here it is 3pm on 2/27 and my theory…
Here it is 3pm on 2/27 and my theory that the care team only prioritizes people who complain on 3rd party sites such as this seems to be correct.
After not getting my prescription for four months I decided to try my prior pharmacy and they said they'd try to get me in. I asked for a script transfer on Friday before 9am. Update everything in the portal, consult my provider.
Inexplicably, the person whose name is on the prescription is somehow unable to do a transfer directly. So I'm foisted on to the care team via automated reply.
My appointment time? Monday 1:45pm 2/27 EST.
It's now 3:07, no phone calls and my only options via the Done portal are to keep pestering the provider who is somehow powerless to do anything. Or, make another appointment the care team won't honor.
And I'm going to stop here for now. I have quite the sordid and lengthy screed to write about this company. Though I have more immediate concerns and blasting them on 3rd party review site is the only way to get past their robo-reply minefield and talk to a human, albeit one in a boiler room in the Philippines.
If you're even considering this company due to the awful state of mental healthcare in vast swathes of the country? Every single step of this process is opaque and miserable, no doubt for the providers and care team too.
However, I'm the one who's out $320 haven't had my meds since October, while also being made miserable by the opacity. Received zero help or guidance from Done during all this, but the auto-debit works with the precision of the finest Swiss timepiece of course. And now, when I do the legwork and they're supposed to do something on their end, I'm ghosted, once again.
If you do sign up out of curiosity and/or desperation do not use a normal credit card or debit card to do so. Use one of the cards you can pre-load yourself. I'm sure there are plenty of other reviews on this very page that explain why.
The glowing testimonials come from employees, reputation management firms or people brand new to the service who naively think it'll always be as smooth as the first month or two, or have been bribed.
This company sucks. And even worse, they, Cerebral, Ahead and others have probably set adhd treatment and telemedicine, two very vital things in this modern society, back decades with their parasitic clown car feeding frenzy.
ETA: 2/28. So, unsurprisingly enough, the care team never contacted me yesterday. However, auto-responder sniffing out every review site has.
Now, in order for this to stay up Donefirst wants me to input a reference #.
Nowhere on the Donefirst patient portal, nor on the appointment confirmation email does this information exist. There is no patient number, invoice, account number anywhere. I will dig through to any intake emails from 14 months ago, though I have my doubts to that being very fruitful either. Seems like the sort of thing that should be listed on your profile though, no?
My surname is somewhat rare, and we've been in contact before. They know who I am. Though in true Donefirst fashion it's easier for them to make patients jump through hoops than to have any sort of follow-through with patient issues and queries.
Update: I rescind what I've said about the care team not responding. Alfa (a name you'll be reading here a lot) and the care team came through for me and resolved quite a few issues.
That said, the promise of 24/7 support is laughable. And I still feel like I'd be in auto-reply limbo without raising a stink on here. The squeaky wheel does get the grease, which is not an ideal way to do things on either end.
When things are "automatic", no changes, just a simple refill Done has worked fine. If you need a medication change, dosage adjustment, or there's a nationwide shortage of one med that cascades into shortages of others....? Hoo boy.
I will continue my service with them. And I can't heap enough praise on Alfa and her team's efforts. It's too bad that there's seemingly no diirect line between one's patient portal and an actual human who can resolve issues without taking a detour to review sites such as this.
Alfa and her team: 5 stars.
Done overall: 2 stars
If you have local options that don't have a months long waiting list for new patients, go with that. The service here isn't very personalized and they do a horrible job of answering seemingly simple queries, which leads to a lot of needless frustration. You tend to find out the latest twists and turns in the exciting field of ADHD treatment, and what they mean for you, with little to no notice.
If you're in a remote area, or a situation where providers are sparse, it's worth a look. Though I question what happens when the national health emergency gets lifted in May.

Wonderful Care
I have been a patient here since September 2022. The service here has been amazing and super efficient— scheduling, consulting with my provider between sessions in the portal, Meds adjustment, refills etc 💯% awesome! Once you get in a rhythm with how everything works and know when you need your refill every month, it’s a really smooth and efficient t service. I message my provider a few days before to let her know if I need an adjustment and it will be there the day it can be refilled again. The customer service has been great, anytime I need something or have a question the team is always there to help!

Perfect Online Service
Done has been a wonderful resource since Day 1. I was a little skeptical at first using an online service but they have gone over and beyond. Their team works around the clock and are very accessible in receiving the help I need. I would 100% recommend Done.

I'm Done with This Terrible Excuse of a Telehealth Service
After careful consideration, I have arrived at the conclusion that it is time for me to discontinue my relationship with Done. To provide some context, since June of last year, I have been without a regular clinician to schedule appointments with.
Last Tuesday, a new clinician was assigned to me, and I was optimistic that I would finally receive the quality treatment and service that I have been paying $80 per month for. However, my hope was misplaced, given the history of subpar treatment that I have received from this company. Regrettably, the new clinician scheduled an appointment with me, but for the third time in recent months, they failed to show up. Furthermore, they informed me that my treatment would be terminated until I met with them.
Sadly, the next available appointment that they offered me is at the end of March, which means that I will be without my prescription for another month. Based on my past experiences with Done, I would not be surprised if the clinician fails to show up yet again. Consequently, I find myself in a precarious situation, unable to seek an alternative treatment option during a medication shortage. As a result, my work and academic performance have significantly deteriorated.
In light of my recent experiences, I strongly advise against engaging with Done.

Done has been a life changing…
Done has been a life changing experience for me. From the beginning they have been reliable, responsive, and compassionate about my healthcare. Fantastic customer service and a great option for those who do not have health insurance but still wish to pursue treatment for ADHD.

Done is great, don’t listen to the haters
I just had my first appointment with my doctor through done. The doctor was so kind and caring and asked me good questions. He diagnosed me and told me the treatment plan and showed me how to contact him. He told me what to look out for with the medication and to keep track of how im feeling. He told me to check in with him in 1 week so he could see how im doing. I signed up for done 1 week ago and now I have a caring doctor and a treatment plan. Done did exactly what they promised. There is a shortage of adderall right now, so yeah, I have to wait a few days to get my prescription filled, but that is not done’s fault. People who are complaining about done are, I think, just taking their frustration out on them when really they should be frustrated with the drug manufacturers. Anyway, done is great. Also, I got to go see my doctor at the doctor office, which I liked.
