The most disorganized company I've ever worked with. Their level of neglect is actually dangerous. Once they have your money, they will ignore your correspondence and not bother to refill your prescriptions. Its a regular issue here. Avoid if you have insurance! Update: It was difficult to have someone from the company respond to me before. After this complaint, Done reached out in an attempt to resolve this issue (a month ago). They assigned me to a new provider that took the video call from her bed. They called the prescription to their online pharmacy and it took a week to deliver it to an incorrect address. Several more issues later, I still do not have my prescription and they have been harassing me to update this review for their amazing customer service. I cancelled my services with them and if I could give them negative stars, I would. Side note, I think a lot of the issues could have been better resolved if more pharmacies accepted their prescriptions. But this service is so sketchy that most pharmacies like Walgreens and CVS do not accept prescriptions from Done.

Done has made getting an appointment for something I've been putting off for 5 years so simple. Not only was it affordable and easy to schedule but the providers they have are amazing.Mine listened to my issues and gave me options that could help my problems i have been having. Overall I am very pleased and if you are looking for a sign to go ahead and make that appointment this is it! You won't regret it!

Got my first two prescriptions filled. After my appointment my pharmacy didn’t receive my prescription. Scheduled two calls with “support” neither were honored and never received a call. Support was unable to help, and suddenly new appointments were unavailable. If you are like me and require medication to properly function at work avoid donefirst at all costs!!!! Complete scam that doesn’t care about patients.

As a busy individual I am truly so grateful to have Done First to rely on for my ADHD needs. Both the doctors and staff are easily accessible, respond so quickly and are accommodating to my schedule when I need an appointment. It is a blessing to be able to have quality care at my fingertips, whether that is virtual visits with my provider or sending a message/question through their patient portal. I had some issues with finding a pharmacy that would fill my prescription and their staff took it upon themselves to find one near my home that accepted my insurance, this is when I knew Done First goes above and beyond and I would stick with them for as long as I need.

So far it's been easy and the service has been great. I havent had the same difficulty with traditional psychiatry doctors where it took a year for them to even consider medicating me for ADHD. They still take great care of their patients despite it being entirely online.

Good experience. Bit of a hassle getting the prescription and have to follow up but they were able to quickly help me get a diagnosis and start trying to find a good balance.

I really appreciate this company, they were able to get me seen sooner than someone in person. Their communication is very good! My only complaint is they seem to go through providers quickly. Other than that, pretty top notch

My care with Done has been excellent. My provider always listens to me, never makes me feel rushed and takes time to build rapport with his patients. Whenever I have submitted a message regarding a concern the responses has been given in a reasonable amount of time and even at times been a speedy response which I really appreciate! I would recommend Done to friends and family, I have notice an improvement to my work-life balance and overall quality of life since starting treatment.
