If I could give it less I would. I had initial assessment and the provide confirmed that I do have ADHD. Done then canceled everything and did not provide reason. I paid for treatment and assessment and it was canceled but not reimbursed. It seemed like they just wanted my money even though they knew they could not help! I would understand if there was a reason but to speak to someone who just confirmed medical info and did not treat should never cost 199!

My initial provider was out a lot and we rescheduled appointments often. Since having my new provider assigned it has been smooth sailing. She is great to talk to and we discuss other ways to manage ADHD in addition to the medication. She is prompt and efficient. The online option works well for my busy schedule. It has changed my life for the better.

I’ve been diagnosed ADD/ADHD my entire life. I have inattentive adhd and it’s practically disabling. The provider asked me if I was in the military given I commented that I was prescribed during my service. She immediately told me I just have ptsd and anxiety and wouldn’t go further with me. I haven’t been able to go ahold of anyone and they have charged me anyways. I’m starting to wonder if they turn everyone away. I will never use this service.

My experience was great! They were very helpful with reissuing my prescription via phone call since they saw I was running low and hadn’t renewed due to my work schedule.

Everything has been very smooth for me as someone who was already diagnosed before coming to done. Very responsive and have always gotten my medication correctly and on-time with much less hassle than before. When I send a message I get a super fast reply. My case is fairly simple and stable but done has made it very simple and stable to get my medication.

I like the provider- is been a little bit of a technical growing curve but I am doing okay - I appreciate the care!

Done made it really easy to get the prescription needed to manage my ADHD after years of not being diagnosed. I see a lot of negative reviews but I don't understand why? I've been using done for 1 month and have had no issues. Would highly recommend.

I have had countless issues in my area getting my prescriptions filled and finding a pharmacy that would help. The individuals online and over the phone that I have spoken with not only resolved my issues with getting my medication, which they resolved promptly, but they went above and beyond and the pharmacy they got to fill the prescription had previously told me they refused to fill it because it was telehealth. So the representatives actually got a pharmacy to change their positions regarding telehealth which could help even more patients besides myself. I seriously can’t say enough good things about them. These were phone and via Facebook messenger. This particular issue is from around the end of December up to January 4
