Do not use this company. Initially it was ok. Got my prescription. Then I tried to get my medical record transfered after the provider didn't show up for my appointment and I got charged anyway. Repeatedly. I tried to call but they intentionally don't post a number which resulted in a 6 week email loop of having filled out everything and authorizing payment for my medical record only to be completely ignored and getting the same 3 auto response emails asking me to fill out the forms and authorize payment. I still haven't received it. I've asked to speak to their medical records department and nothing. I am submitting an roi from my new psychiatrist in hopes that it will actually be received. The amount of anxiety and stressed this has caused has been detrimental to my life and is an unethical way to treat people with mental health issues. It's completely predatory and I can't imagine if this process were the same with something like asthma medication or insulin. Do not use them.

SCAM. Do not give them your money. This is your warning, if you don't listen I can promise you, you will lose out on every penny you forward their way. After evaluation via telehealth video call my physician said I have never taken Ritalin before therefore can't prescribe it. Despite me telling her I did take it she ignored my word and pretended to not hear me. So, I proved her wrong and uploaded a scanned copy of my recent 100% legitimate and fully verifiable Ritalin prescription from a licensed physician that was seen in-person at a clinic. What did DoneFirst do? They acknowledged receipt of the scanned prescription and even verified its authenticity however the physician still refused to prescribe the medication. In fact, she has ghosted me altogether. It seems she didn't expect me to be able to prove that I was actually prescribe the medication in the past! I can only imagine that DoneFirst has lost their prescribing license to the DEA and is hiding it given the recent news that they are a pill-mill. Avoid at all costs. You will not be prescribed anything.

The most unreliable form of patient care. The only thing that matters to them is to charge their patients/customers for bogus appointments that never take place.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This is the worst company I have ever worked with; it is no better than a fraudulent medical provider. After my first provider told me I should be "over my trauma by now", I fought with customer service to get a secondary appointment with a provider who ACTUALLY knew how to be a professional. They then deactivated my account without telling me. After scheduling a call and being told that I would "receive my appointment soon", I was scheduled at a random time, then they canceled the appointment, and then after I finally was connected with a provider, she told me she couldn't do anything for me because they had scheduled me as a "transfer patient" instead of needing a new assessment. The lack of communication, the lack of a PHONE NUMBER TO REACH ANYONE, is absolutely ridiculous and I am in such a state of emotional distress due to this company. And even now, when I tried to schedule a phone call with them to discuss these issues, they told me they "no longer felt suited to help my mental health problems". NEVER use this company if you want to keep your sanity.

Honestly I see the reviews about customer service or med issues. The entire country is short on some meds. The pharmacy is on back order nationwide! When I call customer service I schedule a meeting and they always resolve any issues very quickly. I have zero problems with them and I have friends who have has zero issues as well. Being able to see a doctor through telehealth when there was a pandemic and the end of one Has saved my life. Life changing medication and medical care.

Never really had a bad experience with done. Their customer support is amazing and always quick to respond. Highly recommend.

My appointment was set in a timely manner. The doctor listened to my concerns and addressed them effectively and efficiently. He took the time to listen and understand my concerns and desire to maintain an active lifestyle

It took a while to iron out the kinks but things are running smoothly now.
