The care and responses I have received from Done has been outstanding, i originally was with another company for mental health but they had a hard time figuring out and diagnosing my symptoms, However the Counselor i was matched with at Done immediately was able to diagnose my moderate ADHD and got me on a medication program the same day, and i feel the affects fully I'm glad I joined Done.

So far I’ve had a fantastic experience. Consultation is scheduled to time that suits my schedule, it’s quick, and the provider really does care about my individual situation. They have asked that my next appointment be in person so that will be an interesting change. I will update my review at that time if needed.

My provider has always been on time to scheduled appointments and answers any questions. Any questions requested through the portal are answered quickly and they work with a lot of pharmacies. When there is a shortage they reach out to let you know as soon as possible

Overall experience is great. My provider is very good. Provider listens and gives good advice. The only problem I have is dealing with pharmacy issues. This can not be blamed on Done. They always call and take care of any problems I have ever had. Some times there is a delay on getting back to you but if you plan ahead this isn't a problem.

My clinician is very supportive and understanding of my issues and has helped me feel like a normal person again. I have been able to focus more consistently and have begun to excel in my career and as I finish my degree as well. Done is a great service and has a platform that is very user friendly as well. I meet with clinician every 3-6 months with message check ins through the portal in between to discuss if I am having any issues with getting my RX filled or any side effects. This service has helped me greatly and I highly recommend it!
