I had been struggling for many years to deal with adhd and how it impacted my work. I was struggling a lot and unsure of how to deal with the issues as they were getting worse. I researched symptoms and came across Done. I reached out for a consultation out of curiosity. I was pleasantly surprised- a real doctor had a full video consult with me. She was very good about asking questions to determine what the best way to treat my issues would be. She was professional and explained a lot about adhd and ways to deal with symptoms - including ways without medicine. There were follow up visits shortly after to make sure treatment was going well. You aren’t just dropped on your own - they continue support. I have now been working with my doctor for 7 months. There is a lot of support with done - I’m super impressed with them. If you’re ever having any issues at all - they will respond in minutes and contact you. They pro actively reach out to check how you are feeling. The app is very good - easy to schedule visits to talk to a doctor and zoom works great. They follow up to make sure you know you can always reach out if you need anything. As far as treatment, I’ve personally had major improvements.. I was struggling big time when I finally reached out and I was so stressed out about not being able to work properly, it was impacting all parts of my life. I’ve only worked with one doctor, because I like her but she’s great about advice and always explains things well. She definitely recommends only taking meds when you really need them (like for work etc) not weekends when your home watching tv.. and she offered solutions that included meds and no meds. My personal experience has been identical to any doctors experience I have ever had - professional and knowledgeable, but the convenience of being able to use the app and the individual attention you get surpasses standard care. 5 stars.

Done has change me there customer service is really great never had any issues never have promblea getting my medcation.

Telemedicine is not something I prefer over traditional Healthcare. But with the lack of providers in my area and a change in my insurance, I was led to try Done and was actually very pleasantly surprised of how positive the whole experience was. My provider met with me and spent time to answer my questions and understand my needs. A script was sent to my regular pharmacy and it was picked up with no hassle.

I love my provider at Done. All around I feel like she cares about me and my well-being and has helped me come out of a deep depression. I would recommend Done to anyone!

Initially, everything seemed great. I was able to get diagnosed quickly and was given a script for 2 meds the same day. Everything went downhill afterwards. I started getting very fatigued from the meds - to the point where it was impacting my ability to function. I reached out on the Done portal and left a detailed message explaining my situation and was told that I had to wait 3 days before getting a reply. Fine. So in the meantime, I had to carefully to time when I took the medications, when I worked out (or else risk getting dizzy while doing weights) and supplement with lots of caffeine - a substance I usually keep to a minimum because of my sensitive stomach and anxiety. So far, these medications were actively making my life harder to manage - not easier. When I finally got a message back after 3 business days, it was from someone or something (it seemed like an automated bot response) that clearly did not read my message and just told me to 'keep taking my medication as prescribed' and also to 'report any adverse side effects.' I DID report an adverse side effect! I called their customer care line and they couldn't do anything for me, beyond misleading me into thinking I could choose my own appointment time with a new clinician because somehow, mysteriously, the other one I saw before is booked up for the next month - which is weird considering I was initially able to see her within a couple of days of signing up for Done. I got an email the following day saying that the previously unavailable clinician that originally diagnosed me will, in fact, actually see me after all, next week for a followup. Oh, and I had no say in the appointment time, either - they set it for me. It's no issue for me, but if you have a busy schedule, go to school or work a conventional full time job, good luck getting that to work out for you. So by the time my original clinician deigns to see me next week, I'll have been experiencing this difficult to manage fatigue for almost 2 weeks. This could have been completely avoided if Done just did their jobs. All I wanted was the okay to take less medicine or halt altogether. This would have taken all of 5 minutes, tops. I shouldn't need to call their customer service line for this and have a whole new appointment for this (that I couldn't even schedule myself!). You might be thinking - why doesn't this reviewer just stop taking her medication? I'd love to, but apparently one of the possible side effects of abruptly stopping one of the meds I'm currently taking is an increase in blood pressure and other heart issues, and that is just something I don't want to mess with. I'm currently looking into other medical options to try to undo this mess that Done has put me through and refuses to help me with. In short: Please, please, please save yourself the time, stress, money and potential impact on your health and avoid Done at all costs. They do not take your concerns or your health seriously. I hope this scam of a company goes down before they seriously harm someone with their negligence.

It is easy to schedule appointments online and get refills when needed. Done is an amazing. Being connected to a doctor online is so much easier than in person.
