Inconsistent Service
I've been using Done for quite a while and they have been very helpful with my quality of life. That being said, I have had my prescription lapse several times, sometimes over a week, even though I would request a renewal in a timely manner. I was constantly having issues with setting up a consultation with my provider, and at least one time he was late to a meeting. It got to the point where I had to send multiple messages through their portal just to get a simple response. Then all of a sudden I would start getting consultation times assigned to me, during times that I had conflicts. Not sure why this was the case, as you typically select the time yourself in their portal. So I literally had to take a meeting while I was on the sideline watching my daughter's flag football game. During the call I reiterated my issues to my provider, and he then offered up his personal number in case I had any issues in the future, and also if I was ever interested in a "local option". Pretty sure that's not SOP... Anyway, my RX lapsed AGAIN, and this was even after texting my provider directly with the number he gave me. First time, there was no response, second time he said he checks the portal regularly. Well, something isn't jiving since my RX lapsed again under his care. I sent in numerous tickets, and even had one closed within minutes without addressing any of my problems. It was as if they didn't even want to be bothered reading my ticket. I eventually asked to be transferred to a new provider and she promptly reached out. I was able to finally set up a consultation, at my convenience through the portal finally, and after our meeting she promptly filled my RX. I do hope that they take the effort to figure out what the issues are on their end, as I do find their service to be very beneficial and like I said earlier, it has greatly improved my quality of life.
