If only a half star were available. Let me preface this with Im a psychiatric nurse practitioner in the trenches 23 years, and I have never in my life seen such wretched incompetence, lack of individualized or compassionate care, and then downright racism and cruelty. I cannot believe they crap on their own people! Like I paved the way for that NP that tortured me! No respect. And what did I need? A refill of the same dosage of med I’ve been on for 3 years and had established care with a fellow clinician who understood, but she left before my next appt, and there in lies the grave gap that almost buried me. No one would help me and put me in acute withdrawal and messed up days of patient care after writing them asking for help 8 times! I didn’t wait til the day before. I run a refugee clinic on Fridays 20 deep, and I spent one Friday crying bc I can’t get the new computer system right and the second I was an hour late bc I couldn’t find my calender, my keys after leaving my door open to the house and car all night. Plus im menopausal. I’m begging them for a freaking refill. So they finally give me a new person and she shows up in a night cap, cuts my prescription in half, says a racist comment then refuses to fill the whole 30 pills when pharmacy only had 10 capsules. She didn’t care, wouldn’t listen, wouldn’t look me in the eye then said “white woman always trying to extend their days.” It’s been the WOrST experience of all time. So I went off all treatment. I love being a squirrel, but it’s not functional and family says I have to go back on. I bought a year membership and I’ve been so backward I let my insurance payments slip and now I don’t have insurance. Thanks Done!!! They’re just awful. My patients have my number and text for refill. It’s easy, yet, I can’t even get a provider on the line for me! What happens when psych needs psych but the psych they give you is incompetent and cruel??? Ugh. FML. I’m so Done with them!!!!!

The website was very easy to navigate. My doctor was excellent and very responsive. She made me feel comfortable and didn't judge me.

This service has been pretty life changing for me, so far. The doctor that I have been working with has made me feel more comfortable than most, if not all in my past! This company is so communicative and caring as far as touching base with you regularly and responding to any concerns you may have. So grateful that they are now available in my state, highly recommend Done! Especially if you are afraid of the stigmas with ADHD, here you will find health care providers that are looking to understand and help you as much as they can, with the convenience of tele-health. Again, amazing service and provider… cannot recommend enough!

Scheduling a visit was easy and fast. The Dr was kind, polite and listened to my experiences. So far the support has been great.

Charged me for an appointment that never happened. I asked to cancel more than 48 hours prior to the initial appointment. Absolute fraud of a company, don't waste your time.

They were absolutely great. Easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Glad I found them
