It is easy to use, but the $79 per month is a bit of a scam. I didn't want to go though the time and hassle of finding a real doctor but this should be a small yearly fee or go through insurance like a real doctor. In a pinch it is useful but I'm looking to replace it with a traditional provider asap.

With Done, I felt heard for the first time. I’m finally getting the support and help I need while speaking with a practitioner that is knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely professional.

So far my experience has been nothing but positive, I saw an ad on Instagram about done and filled out their questionnaire. Once completed I was made a date of when I’d speak with a physician and how much it would cost if I agreed, I followed through and have since gone through a course of treatment and haven’t had any problems. It’s been a very positive experience and no long waits or hassle to be treated or seen.

Top tier, if you are true to yourself, your treatment, advocate for yourself and trust the program and the dedicated team and people running it you will have found your place for care.

I have pretty much been trying to get my prescription filled and an appointment since April. My last refill was in February. They have been telling me there are no available appointments, and then a few weeks ago they told me they don’t have any providers in Oregon. Then when I talked to someone yesterday they said they are putting me on another waitlist. Can you imagine your doctor telling you for three months that they have no available appointments and that you are on a waitlist to be seen? Especially a mental health doctor? It’s incredibly negligent. I really don’t want to have to pay another huge sign up fee with another company, and frankly I shouldn’t have to.

Great experience so far! My doctor has been incredible and I feel as though he genuinely listens to me and is quick to adapt my treatment to what I need. My doctor was also super accommodating with my prescription change right before leaving for vacation and making sure I would have it before I left so that I did not run out of meds.

I love this system! I struggled to get appointments set up with Drs. This was so quick and easy and dr. Was supper nice.

Done First has taken advantage of many, but I still decided to give them a chance. As I am sitting here writing my review, almost a week without medication and feeling very sick, I decided to take the next steps and report their unprofessional practices. They failed to change my medication dosage, they failed to fill my prescription, and they are completely ignoring my urgent messages. Do NOT do not sign up for this. They don't forget to charge you monthly but they won't respond to messages and they will not refill my meds!
