I've been a loyal Done user for over two years now, and I can confidently say that it has been a game-changer for me. When my doctor was no longer available due to COVID, I turned to Done for support, and they have delivered exceptional service ever since. Despite having to switch a few doctors during this time, I have never been let down by Done's efficient and prompt handling of any issues that arise. My current doctor is amazing, and I always look forward to working with her. Thanks to Done, getting my medication has never been easier, and I appreciate their efforts in making ADHD treatment more accessible during these trying times of mental health crisis.

I'm just writing here to seek help getting a provider. I love donefirst and have been there since early last year. Had to go off the service temporarily due to a personal financial hardship which I told my clinician and team about. When I came back to my account two days ago, it says my provider has left the service at the end of May. I see that some others have access to a provider so I was hoping I can get a chance to speak to someone who can redirect me to a new provider. Please let me know.

Update 9/4/23: trying to cancel the service as I no longer can afford it plus I've found a provider that takes my insurance. They're giving me the runaround and claiming that they will have to talk to their billing team to "see what options are available". The FAQ on your website says that I should be able to cancel in the portal, but they've shut off my access. I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general, BBB, and my credit card company. Do not use this service. I had a pretty good experience so far with this service. I was able to schedule my call within a few days of signing up, and was able to get my prescription same day. I recently moved, and Done has been very helpful in getting me back on my meds, especially considering the ongoing Adderall shortages. Overall, I would recommend Done. I will let you know if anything changes.

My provider is very thorough and thoughtful. I always have a great response time when submitting my questions or refill requests. It’s so nice to have quality mental health care accessible in the comfort of my home.

I started using Done because it’s hard to find psychiatrists who are accepting new patients and when you do, there are multiple appointments necessary before getting any treatment. If you’re short on time or uninsured, that obviously isn’t ideal. I’ve had no issues getting appointments scheduled with my Done provider nor any issues requesting refills. My only complaint would be the very small dosage they start you on and their unwillingness to increase the dosage even after receiving feedback from the patient. I know children on 4x the dosage my provider has me on which means I have to double up and therefore the meds won’t last the entire month.

Everyone I have worked with has been super helpful. I like it a lot.

I think I've only been able to make an appointment on roughly half the months I've paid for (just under a year). Communication is terrible both from done and the providers I've occasionally been able to see.
