They were great at first. Then slowly they got worse and worse. I have been trying to get my prescription for about a month. That is insane. There is no reason I shouldn't be able to have my prescription immediately. I have messaged and they take soooo long to respond. It's unacceptable. I won't be using done any longer.

First appointment the provider was a no show and I was billed anyways. I reached out and got a refund and had my next appointment within a couple of days. The provider I dealt with was polite. I was able to get a prescription but my only complaint is the starting dosage is nowhere near therapeutic and I have to wait a month for follow up. I will be trying to contact them to see if I can get an earlier follow up.

I have been waiting for 10 days for my medication to be refilled. My provider is on leave and failed to fill my rx or passing me on to another provider before going on leave. I have sent 10+ emails to Done and get a generic response that they are working on it. This morning they transferred me to a new provider and informed me via email and asked me to schedule a new appointment. I don’t need a new appointment, I need my medication refilled that I have been waiting on for 10 days. Meanwhile they have no problem charging me on time. If only they put that energy toward patient care and ensuring refills are processed in a timely manner. This place is a joke. Do yourself a favor and avoid them if you can. It took over a month in from December to January for the same type of issue.

This company is easy to use for people with hectic schedules. I can make an appointment and meet with the therapist through my phone with ease. If I forget I have an appointment, they call to remind you. I’ve been using Done to assist with ADD for 2 months and notice a big difference in what I’m able to get Done! The therapist listens to your issues and prescribes appropriate medication to suit my personal needs.

These companies are sickening. Just cash grabs from venture capitalists, preying on a population of people who can't afford health insurance but can swing it for piecemeal medical care that they mostly manage themselves. Hopefully one day I'll be able to pull myself out of this economic situation and go to a regular doctor like your average first-worlder, but until then, I'll have to make do with services like Done that operate in legally gray areas and utilize dark patterns in order to keep taking your money. Anyway, the biggest thing you should know before you sign up for Done is that most major pharmacies refuse to fill scripts from them. Make sure there's a pharmacy in your area that will fill a script from a service like this before you give them your money, because they won't let you know ahead of time. Also makes it difficult to use GoodRX coupons-- I was able to find a pharmacy that would fill my script, but the medication costs 3 times as much as it does at the pharmacies that won't take Done scripts.

It’s a scam. There’s no number to call if you have an issue; just a very basic designed portal that you can only submit requests for. I keep submitting requests and I can’t get them resolved. They don’t do anything on the call but tell you “we will submit a request and you will receive an email” and you never get the email. In the meantime of you waiting, you will still get charged a monthly fee of $79. They don’t even find or call the pharmacies for you to check to ensure the prescription is in stock. You have to do all of the work yourself. DO NOT SIGN UP!

I personally have nothing but nice things to say. Done has made the process of receiving consultation & treatment for my ADHD rather seamless, despite me always thinking this experience would be anything but. my practitioner truly has my best interest at heart and has made getting medication during a nationwide shortage actually possible.
