When I moved away from my provider Done made it straightforward and easy for me to restart my medication and have contact with my physician when I need it. Appointments are always easy to schedule should I have questions that need discussed face to face. Contact is always easy and prompt and I’m comfortable being a patient with Done.

My provider was fantastic. She took the time to get to know me, my work schedule, my habits, everything. She explained how to deal with my condition and truly cares about my well-being. Big fan of the care provided by Done professional clinicians.

Done is pretty easy to begin with, although the prices are definitely on the high side for the level of service you receive. The staff are helpful and friendly, however it can be difficult when multiple parties are involved (I.e. it was a nightmare getting done and my insurance to coordinate.) Overall a good experience, but the value proposition prevents me from leaving 5 stars.

I am happy with the place that I am at right now with Done! I received my first prescription and it’s truly life changing. At first, there were a few bumps in the road, but I am satisfied with the way they were resolved and will continue to use the service in hopes that it is all smooth sailing from here! A lot of frustration came from the lack of in stock medication at local pharmacies, but I am now using a mail order pharmacy which seems to be more consistent! Overall, I would recommend Done as long as you are someone who has enough patience to deal with some slight inconveniences with a great end result. UPDATE: I was bribed with a $25 Amazon gift card to write this review. I am a fresh out of college broke adult so of course I took the offer. Do not use Done. They provided me with next to nothing and I cannot wait to never hear from them again!

Done is a great service that saved me a lot of time from having to schedule appointments with psychiatrists and dealing with in-person visits. My physician was very easy to work with and understanding. She was able to help me with figuring out the best treatment plan and everything was pretty smooth after the initial consultation. For follow up visits, it’s fairly easy to get a hold of her as well as to ask any questions in between visits. I’m glad I let my ADHD click on that Facebook ad lol.

The first nurse practioner that came to my appointment was very kind and seemed to be very knowledgeable and confident. However, charging $199.00 for a 30 minute interview is ridiculous. I'm going to keep using the service only because I will be stuck paying for it.

Had a wonderful first consultation back in 2021, was scheduled within a week and the doctor was very thorough and kind. Been able to get my prescription refilled on time every month and follow up consultations have been scheduled relatively fast considering how busy they are!
