I requested an appointment and was seen the next day! My provider is absolutely amazing, she made me feel like she was present and really listened to me and what my needs are. I definitely recommend DONE!

Deceptive cancellation process. Make sure you select one of the cancellation options that actually allows you to cancel. I selected the wrong one, and instead of cancelling, it sent me a receipt. When i attempted to get my $79.00 back the next month when they billed me again... they said they would give me $15. I have nothing positive to say about any portion of the service. I’ve had an appointment with a support member, who told me the refund policy maxes out at 20% of the charge. Customer support is pointless, and it sounds like they’re overseas.

After my intake, I was entirely unable to contact my provider or anyone from customer service to get my prescription renewed (which they do not do automatically). So basically, they charged $200 for the initial fee, plus $80 for my second month—for which I got 1 month of medication and no ability to refill it. It's been 9 days since I reached out to my provider for a medication refill—in addition to multiple messages to their care team—and I still have not heard back. Absolute scam. Edit: thank you, Done's marketing team, for the poorly pre-written response and offer of an urgent appointment (which, if you read my review, is not the issue I'm having). Instead of wasting my time with an appointment I don't want and no doubt charging me for the privilege, how about you find out why all of your providers/care team members are MIA and unable to respond to a simple request for Rx renewal after 9+ days? Sent you my info, as requested.

I’m so happy I was referred to Done. I needed a more practical way of getting my prescription at my convenience, without breaking the bank. Done made sure that I had a seamless transition to getting my prescription through them and I am able to easily renew it without any hassle.

Done was easy to sign up for, the virtual visits are engaging and I felt like my care providers listen to what my needs were. The only improvement would be cost and to have therapy in-house so I could have more accessibility to fill my needs rather than go outside. So far a great company otherwise.

Did not realize this was a monthly subscription costing 80/month when signing up. Felt a little scammy. I cancelled because the doc I talked to first had no interest in our conversation. Just reading questions off a sheet and checking boxes. Did not feel like I was getting any personalized care by any means.

I would give them a zero if possible. They certainly have no problem taking your money, but the have absolutely no interest in true patient care. My first call and prescription went well. When it comes time for your refill - a different story. I requested a refill on 6.20. It is now 7.16. After numerous calls and zero response from my “provider”. Who does that? What a horrible experience. Don’t waste your money. It’s a scam

I tried Done because ADHD runs in my family, but when I was young it wasn’t a diagnosis so I have had to struggle with it my whole life. When I would seek help because the struggle was too difficult I would be given antidepressants, which never addressed my ADHD symptoms, but at least I didn’t care that things were hard. So I am glad that I found Done. I have had no trouble at all with this process. The initial fee of $189 is a pretty standard new patient intake fee. The $79 monthly charge covers ALL consults I have had with my practioner. She is responsive and caring. No, the monthly visit fee doesn’t include the cost of my meds, but that is just like a brick and mortar doctor visit. I do have to see my family doctor IN PERSON at some point soon because this medication is a controlled substance and there must be a live visit on my healthcare record, which is also standard healthcare practice. No problem, I can do that. I have had no issues nor complaints with Done so far. I have not experienced any “scam” traits with them either. I am grateful that they understand my struggle and that there is help available at this late in my life so maybe I can enjoy the next 48 years instead of struggling with my symptoms.
