My initial encounter with Done.com started off a bit less than pleasant, but after their Care team communicated with me about the issues... everything has been really smooth and pleasant. I, now, have a friendly, helpful, and understanding clinician and the care team has proven to me they will help in most all situations. It was so easy and quick to get an initial appointment and so easy to log on and do my refills each month. When trying to find a doctor the first available appointment was three months out. Through Donefirst, I had an appointment within a week!

I just started using Done a month ago and I’m happy with my experience so far. When I reached out to customer support, their responses were quick and thorough. I didn’t have any issues picking up my prescriptions. I also really enjoyed my provider visit. The treatment plan she devised has been working well for me. Overall, I’m glad I signed up for Done!

after months of seeing a local psychiatrist without improvement my therapist recommended Done. my practitioner was knowledgeable and understanding. I finally feel better. After months of feeling hopeless I finally feel Like myself again. I’ve tried other online mental health services as well as local in person services and I’ve had the best results with Done.
