I truly enjoyed my experience with Done. I was able to schedule an appointment as early as the next morning. The clinician was knowledgeable and attentive. I was able to receive a prescription without interrupting my work schedule as I currently work from home. There were some other items I need to receive coverage from my insurance and Done acted to every request in a timely manner with great accuracy and sense of urgency. Additionally, there is a shortage of ADHD medication and Done accommodated my situation by calling various pharmacy until they located one that was able to fulfill my prescription. Extremely pleased and will continue to use this service.

Before I found this site, I was dealing with extreme emotional issues, anxiety and depression and I couldn't figure out what was wrong with me. I signed up with done and talked to a physician who diagnosed me with ADHD. Tbh after realizing that s lot of my issues from growing up could stem off this disability, it all started to make sense. They prescribed me medicine that has been life altering in a way that has made my mind more peaceful. I'm happy that I found this place. I definitely would recommend for those dealing with mental situations that you don't quite understand. Find some clarity.

They actually listen and care and we’re super quick

So far they have been super helpful. They made my initial diagnosis so much easier (and more affordable) than other options. My provider has been so easy to contact and keep updated on any symptoms or side effects. I'm grateful and thankful to finally be diagnosed and on treatment

Highly recommend this approach to getting help for ADHD. Can’t speak for other providers, but the one I have is great. She is very knowledgeable and attentive. She responds quickly and is very personable. Unfortunately my insurance won’t reimburse for the visits, but the ease of telehealth appointments and having a knowledgeable practitioner make the cost worth it. I was hesitant at first due to not being able to fill my prescription, however my practitioner worked with me in order to find a solution.

Done has left me hanging without treatment. It has been over a week since they promised a prescription. I’ve followed up with Done and their provider via their portal, phone calls, and emails with absolutely zero action or response on their part. They have deleted my comments/requests for help on their Facebook and Instagram pages. I’ve been told to keep waiting for them to make any progress for EIGHT DAYS IN A ROW. **Update #1** Two more days of the exact same service from Done. The RX has been written but Done cannot find the time to send it to the pharmacy that they selected. I’ve taken this medication for 21 years from several different providers and pharmacies without any lapse in treatment. The customer service and support from Done is completely inadequate. They keep telling me to wait 24-48hrs. Done, THIS IS MY HEALTHCARE, not some service or product that is optional for me. **UPDATE #2** The people at Done were finally able to get my prescription to a pharmacy for fulfillment. They also offered to change my provider due to the lack of response from the previous provider. While I appreciate Done correcting these issues (better late than never) I am still somewhat skeptical on the quality of long term/continued care. I will update this review once more after I receive my next prescription. **UPDATE #3** Prescriptions are still days or weeks late (have not received a single prescription on time). Haven’t had the same provider twice. Dealing with Done has been an ongoing disappointment.

Totally simplified medical experience. My nurse practitioner Jon has been great. The first appointment was a painless experience. I left, feeling that not only all my questions were answered, but that I had an actual say in the direction of my own healthcare.

I've only been using Done for less than a month but I couldnt be more pleased. Quick appointment, they worked with my insurance and pharmacist to get all the stuff straightened out through my insurance for my prescription.
