I did a lot of research online. My biggest fear was connecting up to a "Canadian "pharmacy that was actually in some other country that was not legally authorized to sell medication or sold fake medication. However, I looked into done, and it was very easy to set up an appointment. I went in person to my appointment and had a great conversation as well as learned a lot about ADHD and the chemical process behind it. They had me fill out a long questionnaire to help identify if I actually had ADHD, or it was merely the side effect or some previous trauma. We started on a low-dose to test my tolerance and increased it after the first month. So far everything has been going very well. Whenever I have questions they get back to me right away.

Finally had a doctor who listened to my concerns and symptoms rather than telling me how I felt or what I needed. 34 years old and I finally was accurately diagnosed based on my current life, rather than my past. I was able to work collaboratively toward finding a treatment plan that I was comfortable with. My only complaint is my medication cost, but that's not done's fault, so no docked score.

At first it looked promising. I took the assessment and was scheduled for an appointment 2 days later (6/24/23) over Zoom. I entered the Zoom meeting and my provider was experiencing "technical difficulties" and called me over the phone 2 times within a 45 minute window stating that she can't work Zoom. We left the conversation with her saying that we would reschedule our appointment. I did not hear back from that provider and I contacted support on my own. After a couple days (6/28/23) I got a response asking if I had any proof that the appointment was a failure. Unfortunately I didn't think to record my Zoom meeting where I sat in the room alone. I responded honestly saying I only have screenshots of the times that I called the company and the times my provider called me. This happened during the Zoom meeting and then I asked if I can get a refund because nothing was completed. This email was sent on 6/30/23. I was told that my inquiry has been sent to the billing team, but I did not get a response from the billing team until 7/20/23 where they stated I can only get a 20% refund because my provider updated my notes. These notes were added 5 days earlier before the billing team got back, 21 days after my original "appointment". I read these notes over and there was no information about my prescription or my pharmacy. It was very vague and had plenty of grammatical errors. So to me the Billing Team did not answer me until they had the provider give notes for a consultation that never happened allowing them to keep most of my money. I checked with my pharmacy and there was no record of medication being sent through. I am very disappointed that this company is taking advantage of people seeking help. Complete scam.

Everything went wrong after the initial consultation. First of all, it took at least 48 hours for them to call in the prescription, despite stating shortly after the consultation that it had been called in. When I contacted Support, I didn't get a response until I disputed the charge with my credit card after a few days of silence. Thirdly, the Walgreens pharmacy said they wouldn't even fill the script from this particular doctor which gave me shady vibes. I won't be using this again.

My pharmacy was out of my medication due to the current shortage, after communicating with Done they offered to get a new prescription for an online pharmacy. After 13 days I still have not received the new prescription. I know everything is electronic and it would probably take the doctor all of 2 minutes to send the new one. I can't understand how it hasn't been resolved yet. I've been in contact with Done and have received several apologies but I haven't received any real resolution

Done has been treatment program I have ever used. They are reasonable with payment & affordability. They are very supportive and responsive to your needs. Everything is very smooth and accessible digitally and in person. Would highly recommend!

I have been a patient since the beginning of the year. The experience I have had has been nothing but positive. My first appointment was easy to set up, and went well. My provider always responds to my messages in a timely manner, and is helpful. My provider always listens to my issues and makes helpful recommendations. Getting my prescription filled took some time due to the shortages, but we found a pharmacy eventually. My treatment has been working well. My symptoms of ADHD have subsided, and I’m able to do the things I want to do with little to no procrastination. My ability to focus has also improved. Getting diagnosed has been the best thing to happen for me, and I appreciate my provider as well as Done for providing this service. I’ve read varying reviews, and I will admit that it made me hesitant to try them, but I’m glad I did. It sucks to see that some may have had a different experience, but my experience has been positive.
