The clinician was dismissive she wouldn't listen she rushed. I asked if I could send medical records to her. She wanted a hand written not from my psych and to be sent to the support portal. I do not want my medical HIPPA going through Manillas customer care teams. She stated unless done she could not treat. It was hard to understand her. Is she even a flippin doctor....???? What doctor won't accept medical records,but instead a hand written note.....any idiot dishonest could do that. So unprofessional and sketchy. Lost over 200$ on this scam. I honestly feel an investigation should be done because that was so not ok

Excellent alternative to traditional doctor’s office. My provider’s very responsive to when I have questions about my care and the flexibility of appointment times make it really convenient for my schedule. Glad to have Done as a part of my care team.

For two month in a row I have waited weeks for prescription refills and responses. Done even switched me to a new provider since mine was non responsive for a simple refill and the new provider did not show up. After waiting for 30 minutes I tried to reach out to Done to reschedule. No one ever answers. I even tried to reach out to the urgent scheduling system but today is Saturday and the next “urgent” phone call I can have it Tuesday. Three and half days later is not urgent. You cannot leave people who are used to taking medication without it. This company is going to exist until someone kills themselves and their family sued for patient abandonment and wrongful death.

This has been the most deceptive experience I have ever had, and if someone doesn’t respond to me, I will be contacting the state board. I had an appointment with a done provider on Sunday, August 12th. I was told to give them three days for it to be received by the pharmacy. Well it’s been five now, and I have scheduled five calls, all of which someone tells me they have sent the script, yet my pharmacy has not received it. I have been out of my medication for four days now, I have to go out of town on Monday for two weeks and cannot make an appointment with a doctor in time. The pharmacy stated they can’t accept the telehealth script, so I had to schedule another call for someone to call and say they will reach out to Walgreens to see if they have it in stock and can fill it. I was promised a call back today. I was promised it would be handled. Well here we are. It’s not. This is my healthcare, I was seen by a provider, and prescribed a medication for a diagnosis I have had for years. I used done because it sounded like a more convenient way to manage this, but clearly, it’s a cash grab. Countless messages, countless scheduled calls, and no luck with my medication that is LEGALLY TO BE FILLED. You falsified the process, and failed to make reasonable attempts to resolve the issue. Now I know these reviews get deleted, and I don’t really care. I want a supervisor to see this, and get back to me as your company promised. You can’t mess with peoples healthcare like this. I will not let up until someone responds to me.

As a Clinician myself, I am familiar with the best research on how often to take ADHD drugs. Medication should be taken according to symptoms not according to a cookie-cutter rule done prescribes people 28 pills, and refuses to renew the RX until 30 days. Thus you are out of meds when you seek to fill it. Unfortunately, it is hard to get the medication so you are unlikely to be able to get it filled the same day. Taking two days off a month will not significantly impact your tolerance. This is actually to help them and is not sound clinically. I was notified of discharge by text, and I do feel abandoned by the provider, which is an ethical breach. I really won’t miss Done, but I didn’t expect it to be a little better than it was.

Life changer! In the beginning working with this platform was a little rough. However I believe they have worked through the issues and I’m very happy. My doctor is wonderful and genuinely cares about my health.

Done has been great! I always get a response when I have questions, dr. Appts are good, I always get my prescription. No issues. I would definitely recommend.

Done has been great and responsive to my appointments and requests. Only had an issue after 6 months and needing another appointment. I was requesting through the portal and ended up with a request to request an appointment, when I thought that was my appointment. Took off work early only to have a phone call with a Scheduler, not the dr.
