I absolutely love done ! The doctors and staff are very friendly. The appointments are very convenient for me and my busy schedule! Any time I’ve ever had any questions or needed anything they have gotten right back to me! I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

Done has been great for me! My provider has been responsive, understanding, and always helps me the best she can. It’s a bit saddening to see negative reviews but, luckily, I haven’t had any issues thus far and hope it stays that way.

I have worked with this service as a patient on two separate occasions. The first time around it worked out okay-ish until the provider I was seeing was no longer available to me and I was going to have to jump through hoops with a new provider despite being an established patient. I switched over to having my PCP take care of my needs while I had health insurance and it took threatening legal action to get my records sent to my PCP. I should have known better than to give them another try when I lost my health insurance and needed mental health services. I notified them on the 9th of August that the dashboard was not reactivated properly. I was offered a discounted rate of $159 for the re-initial consultation and that would be charged to my account two days prior to my visit with my NP. That didn't happen until 24 hours after my visit when I had to notify them it hadn't been charged, and I still didn't have access to the dashboard. That really should have been the first red flag, and I wish I hadn't notified them at all. I am now fighting with them to get my money back because my visit with my NP isn't documented on the dashboard and I was unable to communicate with them at all, my pharmacy didn't receive my prescription and thus no prescription was filled, and I have had to send non-stop emails to get even the most piecemeal bit of care from this company. This was all the while trying to stave off a mental health crisis unrelated to dealing with them. Seek care elsewhere!

Done has helped me so much! No matter your situation as far as insurance or no insurance this has been life changing for me! My Dr. is absolutely amazing and I hate that I didn’t know sooner!

Could not ask for quicker follow up and response time from a provider, have had a wonderful experience over the past 2 years with done. Highly recommend!
