I have had an overwhelmingly positive experience using Done. They have always been very responsive and seem to truly have a focus on making sure I am able to receive the treatment I need. Healthcare, especially mental health are can be a very tumultuous field to navigate, especially with all the recent stimga and belittling of those who have ADHD. Thankfully with Done. I have been able to get the help I need.

New age of customer service where no one is held accountable. I’ve had the same “careteam” member send me the same canned email response 3 times. The is no accountability. There is no escalation. Seemingly no supervision. They legitimately offer nothing but the same frustration you have become accustomed to receiving from medical personnel.

Maybe you are someone who isn't able to step away from the office to get to appointments or see the doctors you need to see on a monthly basis? Managing a life with ADHD, being a single mother, and working 7 days a week, every week, 360 days out of 365 I am in my office for longer than 9 hours each day--I have ZERO personal time for myself, let alone designated doctor appointments, so I had to find a solution to get the medication I need to make through every day! DONE has allowed me the freedom & convenience to still live my everyday life and still see a doctor & I am able to get my medication delivered to me right at work! Without DONE Healthcare I wouldn't be able to do so! I am so glad I found healthcare that works for me and my life. Not only is it affordable, it's less than $80 monthly without insurance, but it's also nice to be able to be in your own trusted environment to speak with your doctor about your personal health issues! Thank you for allowing me to live an uninterrupted life & for providing me with professional medical care at an affordable price!

I have had a great experience with Done from the start! I didn’t have health insurance and it was the cheapest and best option for me! The providers are very attentive and are always only an email or a call away and they answer very quickly! They always listen to every concern I have, and follow through with everything! I was also paying over $100 for my script at a local pharmacy and my new practitioner set me up with an online pharmacy that doesn’t cost me anything! I now have health insurance and could go to a local doctor however I would prefer to give my money to Done! Thank y’all, I highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking about it!

Providers are always kind and listen well. They ensure you are taking the correct medications and work hard to ensure you have what is needed to be successful

Having gone through a torrent of cascading hardships since the start of the roaring 20’s I was very thankful for the emergence of telemedicine. The screening was through and difficult at times given the nature of video conferencings. After our session was completed I was glad to walk away with a clearer understanding of the next steps. Overcoming the struggles can be hard without a game plan.
