For the most part it's great
For the most part it's great. Very convenient and easy to use. When speaking to your provider they are attentive and listen well while addressing any concerns you may have. That being said if you have to contact support it's a nightmare. Long response times, and they just repeat the same thing without addressing the issue you're having. Very very poor support, but if things are rolling well, it's good. I've been using them for over 2 years.
