Great company. Sometimes there can be communication problems but eventually it just takes a couple days to work out.

Update: Sept 2. I just received notice that Done is requesting my review be taken down unless I give them my full name, phone number, and email. They responded to this faster than they have to any message I’ve sent them! I think it’s pretty clear my review is authentic, and this is an unfortunate loophole they are exploiting. If Done cared about me as a customer, they would have focused their resources into actual member care rather than doing this. Thanks for proving you are a shady company. Don’t let the promises of same-day/next day appointments fool you. Once they get you on the hook for $79/mo, this becomes impossible to accomplish. I started using Done in early 2022 because I have chronic migraine and the Adderall my PCP prescribed was triggering migraines. My neurologist had no suggestions. So, I tried Done because I felt that a provider more experienced with ADHD meds would be able to help me find something that would work. And they did. Last week, I requested a standard medication refill with no changes but was told that I would need to schedule an appointment first. This would have been annoying but fine if there was actually a way to book the appointment with my provider, however her schedule is full. The care team that was supposed to be available to help me with the booking issue had no appointments for three days. Nor did they respond to the message I sent. I used the same “urgent” link they provide people here, by the way. This delay is unacceptable. Done’s team should have informed me with the last refill that an appointment would be needed before I could continue meds. The appointment itself also seems unnecessary as I have met with my provider within the last three months regarding my treatment plan with no changes. Currently I have no way to refill my medication, and am looking at several days of migraines as a result. This costs me money and reduces my ability to work. I’m going back to my PCP - I am done with Done!

Been using DONE for a year+, challenging at first until you understand the logistics of scheduling appts. & consults which is like 2-4 weeks out. I haven’t had any issue other than just the learning curve of scheduling, otherwise my experience with DONE has been pretty good!

I have had a pain free experience for the most part. They serve a lot of individuals so sometimes it is difficult to get a provider appointment but they do their best to accommodate customers. It is very convenient and easy to keep my ADHD in check with this service as I travel often.

I’ve been with DONE for about a year now, and the team there have been nothing but helpful in providing me with the tools and resources necessary to address my ADHD and help me to function successfully in my daily life. I was assigned to a new provider recently (had some scheduling conflicts so DONE staff worked with me and followed up consistently to maintain my prescription schedule) and the meeting was super helpful; my provider listened, asked very helpful questions, and set me up for continued success: Every time I have a question and reach out, I’ll typically get a reply within the day. I’ll be under DONE’s care for the foreseeable future.

Done was the first online support for medication and consultation. I wasn’t sure if it was going to give what I felt I needed, but it works for me. Since COVID, online meetings at e breeze and really familiar. My doctor really listens to what I say and, in turn, he presents a plan recommendation. Refills for my medication are easy and like other pharmacy apps, you make a request to refill, and it is available at your pharmacy. All communicated via text messaging. If you are thinking about trying Done for consultation and or medication, go for it. Discontinuing is just as easy as signing up. I hope this helps and good luck!

I’ve been with Done going on almost two and half years and it’s been great! Having the ability to see and speak with the doctor literally anywhere, makes the normal appointments or follow ups so convenient. Just call and get yourself set up, the people at Done are super helpful, nice, knowledgeable and make it easy!

Done was the difference between me actually treating my ADHD and simply managing it. The screening call was informative and assessed for my symptoms and available coping skills. It felt validating to hear that I’ve done well deep into adulthood, but I was ready to try medication to lighten my load…and it worked!
