If I could put 0 stars I would. If you actually need help with ADHD, Do not! And I repeat do NoT waste you time and money with this sub par amateur attempt at health care. They have Done. Nothing but complicate my life as a person with ADHD. There is no real help with any medication management or pharmacies! They cannot send scripts to CVS, this leaving to use their own 3rd party pharmacy which is such a piece of crap. They charge a 50 dollar copay for medication that is way cheaper else where. I get it if it was convenient, but it not!! Takes anywhere fro 2-3 week, for medication to arrive the 1 time it actually came. And I’ve been waiting about 1 1/2 months for my refill! Please, please! I urge you to seek actual professional care if you really have ADHD!

I have struggled with Depression, ADHD, and anxiety my entire life. Treatment has been hit or miss since every doctor previously would spend 5 minutes with me, diagnose, then prescribe what he thought would work. I suffered a lot. I immediacy clicked with Nurse Practitioner Jennifer. She showed obvious care AB’s asked the appropriate open ended questions to fully understand my problems. It’s been over 8 months now and would never leave Done. They are professional, caring, very responsive and they always follow up. They truly care. If you are thinking about trying them out, remember, they changed my life.

I've been using done for almost two years now. I have a good doctor who is very responsive.. and whenever any kind of issue comes up ( mostly pharmacy issues that are not my doctor's fault) the Done care team are there on my behalf to help get it resolved... I don't have time to go to a doctors office with my schedule so Done is a very convenient way for me to access the care I need.

The customer service is above and beyond!! They take the time to make sure any issue you have is addressed and handled properly and timely!! They triple check with you that everything has been resolved. I am beyond pleased with this service!!!

Definitely recommend contacting DONE if you suffer from ADHD. The staff and physicians are amazing , very responsive. I am so glad I found them, they truly changed my life. Everything is online through the portal which is convenient and works well.
