Run far away from this irresponsible mess of a company
Count me as another person who would put down 0 stars if I could. So many issues I'll just list them out:
1. The provider I met with was cold, reading monotone off of a form, and didn't make any eye contact via the screen. One of the reasons I chose this service was the feelings of shame/embarrassment around the issue and the provider did nothing to help put me at ease. It was like they were a human robot with a rude undertone to everything they said. Oh, and she was 30 min late for our scheduled appointment.
2. She gave me script and said to take 1 pill a day and check in in 30. When I got the script both via the portal and at my pharmacy it said to take 2 a day. But there were only 30 pills so I was unsure if I should take 2 a day, like the bottle and website said, and run out in 15 days or take 1 a day for 30.
2. Not being sure, I took 1 a day while I tried to talk with a provider. The two times I scheduled a call no one called. I was on vacation and traveling so decided to keep with the 1 a day and reassess at the end of the first month.
3. As the 30 days neared, I tried to schedule a follow-up appointment. There were none available for 3 weeks with my provider and no option to see other providers.
4. As a result, I requested a refill and figured I might as well keep going with 1 a day. They say it can take up to 3 days to process. On day 5 with not getting any response I scheduled a call.
5. The person apologized and said it would be processed that day, no later than the next. I then waited another 3 days with nothing.
6. Meanwhile, I get emails asking "how are things going?" and getting me to try and refer someone. I tried to respond to the email and it was an invalid address. There was no place to go to tell them how I was doing. The email noted you could get in touch at any time but the link went to an unknown page.
7. I schedule another call and the person has the gall to tell me I requested the refill 1 day before. I said no, I requested it over a week ago. He then conceded I requested it 3 days before. I said no, that was one of my follow-ups.
8. He then tells me my provider is on leave and that is why I can't get it filled and I need to wait for her to get back. I tell him this is ridiculous and bordering on unethical for a medical provider. He says he will try to transfer me to another provider but then I will need to do the whole "wait 3 days" which I call BS because look where that got me the first time.
9. What really galls me is they are specifically targeting people with ADHD who likely have poor follow-up/executive functioning skills so its almost like they are preying on us knowing we won't follow up- and leaving us unmedicated so we are less likely to!
I'm cancelling my subscription and telling my credit card company to not pay them as they did not provide the service I paid for.

Personal experience and take
Let's not dilute the fact that any company or program is with out fault or is perfect. Because that's never been the case in my experience.
My experience overall with Done has been a largely positive one. They were efficient in setting up meetings with me when needed and my provider always responded to my questions within the sla stated on the site.
Like others have mentioned, I have found it difficult to fill prescription at a physical pharmacy ( not really a done issue but one that they are contained within). They have taken effort to provide alternatives to their patients through a virtual pharmacy. Like others have reported, I have also experienced delays with this virtual pharmacy (which seems largely out of Done's control). People have made comments about the cost, and that's true, their program does cost money, but for profit approaches in Healthcare is not a new issue (look at any larger hospital). It may be problematic but that's not really specific to Done either.
With all that being said, they are an alternative to adhd management and care in a time that many are struggling with proceeding with primary and traditional approaches. I was very happy to see that they suggested and offered non stimulant routes for treating my adhd. They provide a good amount of avenues to report issues in the process and are relatively responsive when needed. I have recommended Done to others who found themselves struggling to find traction in the traditional system that has been bogged and bloated since the pandemic. I have also had delays and there pharmacy support teams reached out to help find alternate solutions (even if it was for a virtual pharmacy), not sure what their scope and R&Rs are when discussing physical pharmacies so YMMV.
These are only my experience. But I wanted to add my thoughts the the Tidal wave of mixed reviews. Hope someone finds this helpful in making their health care decisions.

The best service ever!
I was having trouble getting my medications due to supply issues, changing prescribers, and in office scheduling issues. After multiple months of having to go without my medications for a week each time, I found done and decided to give it a try. Not only is it incredibly easy and convenient but my provider is knowledgeable and even suggested a new medication that is so much better than my previous!
