Finding mental health providers in my state has become very hard. Done not only provides that, but makes it easy to communicate with them too.

Scam. Unresponsice
Scam. I have an adhd diagnosis from a neuropsychologist and wanted to explore medication options via Telehealth. Medication prescribed cost $367/ month AFTER insurance. So I found a pharmacy with the generic version which was under $100. I've been trying for a week to get them to transfer my prescription and they keep sending me a message saying are you sure you want your prescription transferred? Yes that's what I'm asking. Wasted $200 on a 25 min appt to not recieve Care. Disgraceful unethical garbage company. And I say this as someone who works in behavioral health.

Donefirst is extremely easy to work with. You get appointment reminders a few days before, the day of, an hour before, and when it's time for your appt. They send a link that takes you directly to your doctor appt. If you have a problem all you have to do is call them, they answer and are happy to help. My doctor is very sincere and a pleasure to speak with. I'd recommend donefirst to anyone in need of ADHD help.

Done. has been nothing but excellent for me!
I have had a swift and excellent experience so far. In my local area, the wait list for an ADHD diagnosis was 1-2 years even though I, and many others, can’t wait that long due to it affecting work and personal life. Through Done, it only took 2 weeks to have my first consultation and diagnosis.
The PMHNP I speak with has been nothing but kind, helpful, knowledgeable, prompt, and understanding. She genuinely makes me feel listened to therefore, I’m comfortably able to have an open and honest dialogue.
This month, my pharmacy was out of medication, I contacted customer support and they got back to me that same day and called other pharmacies to find one in stock. They were able to solve the issue within a day.
The only thing I wish is that Done would develop an app instead of being only web based. But, that is only a minor inconvenience in an extremely convenient service.

Simple, easy service.
I really liked how the doctor took in everything I said and took the time to prescribe me the right medication to get my mental health back on track. I also like how I pay less for this than my Internet bill.
