I have dealt with Shaun Petruk now for several years and he is amazing and knowledgable. Whether it’s a "why is my remote not working?" Question or I have another dog I need to add a remote - or even I broke something, how can we fix it? Shaun immediately responds and has been spot on every time. Also, I love this company in general. I have used them since 2006 with my first Great Dane and have no intention of not using them in the future. I highly recommend him and this company!

I called and talked to Shawn re purchase of a good electronic collar for my Belgian Mallinois age 6 months, female weight approximately 45 lbs,named “Sweetie Pie “ I had bought a cheaper collar and found it to be not so good with battery lasting about 3 hours. i was pretty upset my new receiver did not work. i asked for a refund slip but shawn convinced me to let him take me through the set up . well it appeared it was not charged so he had already explained the process thoroughly, and recommended i get back to him when it was fully charged.so this mourning i tried and failed. however my second try i slowed down and followed Shawn’s exact process and lo and behold it’s working. thank you for your patience and professionalism.

I am a past halo user and really didn’t want to pay a subscription on a dog collar forever, 2 years was enough. Thank goodness i found Dogtra, soo simple i can take my dogs out of the fence and just press the button and turn the collar off. It’s a nice sturdy plastic collar. Customer support is amazing. I live in the pheasant hunting capitol of the world, South Dakota. I have been guiding pheasant hunts since 2008 and i have a fleet of six labrador retrievers. Dogtra makes the best e-collar products on the market. They're virtually indestructible! And the best part? I've been using my original set of T&B 2502 collars since 2008, and they work as well as they did 18 years ago! I do have to send them in for routine service like battery swaps every couple years.
