Shaun at Dogtra was super responsive and helpful.

I called because I wanted to replace my 10+ year old Dogtra collar. I knew that that I wanted the Edge RT transmitter but was not certain with which receiver I wanted to pair it. Shaun answered all of my questions and guided me to the receiver he felt would best serve my needs. He then emailed me links to the two items. He further encouraged me to call back once my items arrived so he could walk me through the pairing of the two devices. I was impressed with his knowledge and helpfulness.

Purchased the Pathfinder 2 and needed some accessories and I had some questions I needed answered. Communication was great via email (prompt) and I even received a call back!

I emailed Customer Service this morning with questions about the Mini Compass and GPS Fence. Not only were my questions answered promptly, but they also provided the exact configuration I needed for a two-dog system and helped guide me to the best setup for my end goal. This will definitely be my go-to brand moving forward.

A PERSON answered my call without me having to sit on hold for any length of time. Shawn listened to my issue carefully,asked really good follow up questions and provided me with very honest and reasonable options. He followed up with a prompt email and ways to touch base again if my concerns continue. Very pleasant,and terribly helpful interaction! Keep up the good work Shawn!!!
