The product itself is great, but I found it really unfair, that after spending several hundreds of dollars (free shipping when you spend that much👍🏼)when I discovered my unit did NOT come with belt clip ( I didn’t know I wanted a belt clip until I used the unit for a few weeks) I had to order it. For $5.99. Okay. Annoying but okay. But shipping was $9.24! That really got to me! I wish I had read somewhere when I ordered that they were too cheap to include a belt clip with the original purchase and now I have to spend a ridiculous amount of money to ship a stupid little metal belt clip! Shame on you, Dogtra! I wish you would automatically include it in EVERY order and not nickle and dime an otherwise satisfied customer. Left a bad taste in my mouth!

I purchased the Arc Ex collar in UK overall the collar has good technology and works. It could do with some design change though because of its hight and having two prongs in line it can twist sideways out of position on dogs neck and end up lying on side. I tried the comfort winged probe head but although it has four probes they are still close together so twisting still happens. Although it wouldn't work for small dogs it would be useful if a probe existed wider than width of unit. Think like a boat with outriggers so twisting cannot happen

After having some issues with the 2700 T&B, Dogtra was able to provide a reasonable solution to provide the required repairs to the receiver. I’ve enjoyed using this unit with my GSP. And thanks to the help and understanding of Dogtra, I will be able to continue enjoying it. Thank you Brandon for reaching out and helping to address my concerns.

The customer service is GREAT! Shaun was able to troubleshoot the problem immediately. I was probably overcharging my Dogtra 200C. I needed a battery replacement, I paid for it to be fixed. It worked for maybe a year afterwards, but started to fail again. I loved this product, but now I have an even better one! The Dogtra 200iQ is the next generation and I love it! I like how you have an actual on/off switch in the collar only. I also like the USB C charging feature. Thanks Dogtra!

I have the black edition 1900S black edition that I bought three years ago. I was disapointed that this didn't last longer. when I sent it in to be fixed i thought it just needed batteries. it was going to cost me 187.00 to fix it due to other issues. It didn't make sense to spend that to fix it. I spoke with Shaun who was very nice. I did order another 1900 black edition in hope that this last longer. I have two dogs with 2 collars. I am currently working with a local dog trainer who highly recommended the Dogtra 1900S E-collar. I've been using it for about two weeks now , we are going slow, but so far so good. He is responding very well. I am looking forward to the end results.
