Amazing - called and talked to a great lady who worked my problem and despite being just out of warranty offered to ship me a replacement collar. Sent me an e-mail ups code, took it to an ups store and shipped it no issues. That same day a replacement was shipped to me. Outstanding customer service - highly recommend Dogtra collars and their product support!
