Shaun was so incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to understand. He walked me through troubleshooting my problem with an e-coller I'd purchased over thirteen years ago. He knew all about the model (that haven't made this particular model for years) and showed me what I needed to do to see if it still worked, and it did! I had a smaller e-collar from another dog and he also explained exactly what I needed to do to make it work. Excellent job!

I am a long-time Dogtra customer, having used them for three different dogs over the years. I called them to discuss the new 280X Pro transmitter and was happy to find out that this new version had addressed ALL the useability issues with the previous version of this transmitter when used in a multi-dog receiver configuration (we have two 70 lb Golden Retrievers). After my discussion with Shaun, who was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, I am going ahead and purchasing the new setup today. This is a quality company with sales and support staff that really care about their customers and I am happy to support them.

Sorry, wenn ich ein Ersatzhalsband mit Empfänger kaufe, erhalte ich nicht automatisch ein Ladekabel dazu?! Ernsthaft?! Dann muss ich extra ein Ladekabel für 50 Euro kaufen, weil das Ladegerät kein gängiges ist. Sorry Dogtra, dass ist Geldmacherei und hat nichts mit vernünftigen Kundenservice zu tun!
