The customer service department was amazing. The communication, along with the reassurance and realistic option combined with the professionalism and knowledge of the product was far beyond what i expected. It also was a very fair and reasonable price point for the warranty of my device.

I had an issue with a Dogtra collar malfunctioning, but their customer service completely exceeded my expectations. They responded quickly, corrected the problem, and replaced the unit without any frustration or delays. Shaun on the support team was helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. I’m very pleased with how everything was handled and will continue to support Dogtra and their products.

My dogtra collar system is awesome and was the biggest asset in training my large breed dog. After 5 years of heavy use I needed a battery replacement, which was easy to find online. When it arrived I had difficulty with the installation and needed some extra help due to faults of my own makin. Shaun went above and beyond to take care of me and get Roscoe and I up and running again. I recommend this collar and company all the time and will continue to do so!

The customer service at Dogtra is amazing. It’s nice to be able to call a customer service number and still be able to get a human. I received the wrong product called in and Shaun was able to correct the issue quickly and get the right product sent out. I highly recommend purchasing from Dogtra.

The team at Dogtra made the repair on my controller so easy! Even though I had purchased an extra from another vendor, when I had an issue, they were more then happy to help me with the repair process. I didn't even have to pay for a shipping label. The Dogtra collar is first rate and so is there team!

I sent my Dogtra ecollar back to Dogtra for repair. Within a day after Dogtra received my collar, they determined what was wrong, fixed it and contacted me to let me know they fixed the collar at no charge! Shaun was great.
