Every time I've called Shaun has been extremely helpful, taking his time to walk me through any questions / concerns I may have. I really appreciate his clear communication as I am a disabled veteran with a traumatic brain injury. It's imperative for me to be able to communicate effectively, especially since I am in Florida. Every customer rep that I spoke with has been more than helpful as well as professional. I called for help regarding a newer collar that I believed was out of warranty but wasn’t working. They had me send it back to them for them to investigate. They diagnosed the problem and were able to repair it. When I called for an update, I was told that it was in-fact under warranty and they were returning it to me at no cost! This is my second dogtra collar and they have my business for life.

Ordered a replacement electrode on 12/2/2025.... it arrived in CT on 12/10 and was effectively "lost" according to the USPS. CALalled Dogtra for a refund but was told it couldn't be credited back to my card till it was delivered. The piece plus shipping was less than $15. Reached out on 1/5 about getting a refund. Was told they would refund, they didn't. TODAY, 2 MONTHS LATER THE PART ARRIVES, it was literally sent to New Hampshire. So aggravated about this part, it wasn't expensive but the principal of the matter.

Needed a 5 cent plug for ARC collar that I've had for a bit over a year. The plug covered the charging port on the collar itself. It would not stay stuck. So thinking they were a reputable company I asked for a new one. Cost 75 cents plus $4.50 shipping. I complained and they said they would "one time favor" send me a new one IF I'd pay the freight. An envelope a postage stamp would have made a satisfied customer. They should learn customer service. Never again. Collar is just so, so. Definitely does not have the range advertised in my experience. Maybe in an open field with no obstructions???

My experience with Dogtra has always been top notch. Their products are great and customer service is second to none. They respond quickly to any service or questions you may have. I recommend this company for all your e-collar needs!!

Dogtra products are the best! I had the last collar for over 15 years (a couple of battery replacements, but otherwise worked like a charm. I finally upgraded to a new 1900x. I love the compact design. I lost the antenna the second time I was out in the blind. I contacted Dogtra and told them what happened...sent me a new one right away. Don't buy from this company ive purchased two of these collars for both my dogs, they both faulty not even 12mth old and paid to return them and they wont exchange, refund or even repair they want us to pay for them to be repaired. Your reply!!!! is rubbish, you have been emailing me... aftercare non existent expensive waste

Phone call was immediately picked up by Ruby. She was extremely helpful and our conversation was very fluid. I really appreciated how efficiently she gathered and confirmed all of my information. She helped me order some new Arc-X receiver rubber charging port covers (I use the winged contact points and think I was pulling the rubber cover backwards more than what the rubber could withstand after half a year of use). She also helped me start the shipping process for two older smart no-barks that needed sent in for a firmware update and to get an older Arc transmitter in need of repair looked at. I had a lovely experience with all of my questions and needs addressed.
