Shaun in Customer Service was AMAZING to work with. I had placed an order online for the Dogtra ARC-X and 1" contacts for my GSD. I wanted to replace the 3-yr old Dogtra 280C that was starting to lose battery charge. When I placed the order online, I picked the wrong contacts (I picked Female Contacts instead of the Male Contacts that's compatible with the ARC-X). When I realized my mistake a day later, I called Customer Service. Shaun not only canceled my wrong order, but he helped me place a new order with the correct contacts, and he honored the price (which had by now expired). Shaun also made sure my order shipped the same day so I get it the same time I would have gotten my original order. Thank YOU Dogtra for your amazing products, and Thank you Shaun for delivering Top Notch Customer Service that exceeded my expectations.

My experience with Dogtra customer service has been excellent. I purchased two collars and one of them stopped working about a week after purchased them. They sent me a new one right away. Then a couple weeks later the other one did the same and they sent me another new one. I was starting to worry about their product. I actually had two or three more collars that they replaced over a few more months. They were always happy to send new collars. I really liked these collars and never gave up on them because of their customer service. I spoke to Nick who assured me they had technical issues because of the supply chain during covid. I really felt bad for them. After that first batch of collars I have been very happy with them. I use these collars everyday to keep my dogs on my property and also when I take them hunting. There is a learning curve to using these and with great customer support I have mastered them and have recommended them to friends who have purchased them.

Top notch products and equally important, top notch service. The collar and remote are a tank and have helped me train my 100 pound pit very well. Great work even at a considerable distance. I had an issue months later and they sent me a label, took care of the issue in a day and shipped it back the next day. Rare to find this degree of human customer service in an age of overseas call centers and AI bots. Great company that stands by their products.

I’ll start off by saying I called in upset because I was having issues with my 1900X, I spoke with Blake who ended up figuring out my issue so I didn’t have to be without it for warranty service. I use this daily for my 2 large breed working dogs, being without it would be a nightmare. Not many companies still have real people answering the phones and it means a lot to be able to speak with someone when you have a problem and need it resolved quickly. I’ll stick with Dogtra over the others for this reason alone.

customer service was very helpful with finding the right replacement transmitter that I need for my dogma collar. He was very knowable and easy to to talk to.
